yes l usually say its a DANCE......where the music is the conversation/communication...and the partners are the musicians where attention moves from partner to partner
Hi, that’s because the pdf is older than 2 months. Remember that you’ll always see the most recent PDFs ( 2 month window) but no worries, send me an email to mDecksmusic@gmail.com and I can help you with that pdf. Thanks
I guess start with very simple written music would be a top priority. Reading music will save you tons of time in the long run. Can you play without reading? Sure! But it is an essential skill for any musician, and you'll see it is actually quite easy to become good enough at reading music when you practice a few minutes every day.
@@mDecksMusic can you kindly give a compass l mean where to start l have been using Hanon though just usually sightread the first bar and memorize cos its usually the same pattern
Hanon is great for technique, but for sight-reading I would get easy pieces and just read through a different one every day. If you're a gospel musician you can find gospel songs arranged for piano (easy versions, don't worry about how easy, it's just about reading)
And by the way, if you want to start with some basic jazz chords and concepts, we have a nice piano course (the pdf is interactive, so you can click on the written music and see a picture of the keyboard any where in the score) mdecks.com/voicings-vol1.phtml
@@mDecksMusic thanks so much mentor definitely am buying the course but pls what is mapping tonal harmony as it is seen on the website....thanks a bunch for your immediate reply am honored

Just comping exercises? No. But The Essential Voicings 1 & 2 have some. mdecks.com/voicings-vol1.phtml

what's the app helping you to write your sheet music
I use Mapping Tonal Harmony Pro to write the progressions and then Sibelius to write the complete sheet music
I joined the channel but couldn't find the Jazz Comping pdf. Please advise. I'd love to have it.

This is even harder than it looks, so it must be good for me. Like yoga for rhythm, hoping to increase flexibility.
Good day please can you share the chord voicing
