- Hello friends! So many of you have asked me for help in choosing between Imperial and UCL to study medicine.
The truth is, the answer isn't quite straightforward, and depends on a number of factors. I've collaborated with @yathpremto talk about our experiences at both UCL and Imperial to help you make a more informed decision :)
On this first episode, we will be talking about the entry requirements and admissions process of both of our unis. Hope this is somewhat helpful for you guys!

I am a Chinese senior high student and I will go to a university in the UK in 2023. Anyway, I want to go to Imperial as I like it and it may have a high ranking. Moreover, I always strive and try to achieve their entry requirements (e. g. IELTS).
Unfortunately, the volumes between different person is much different in this video, so I need to adjust the volume on my device repeatedly in order to hear your talk clearly. I think this should be improved in your interview videos.

This was extremely helpful and well done. My daughter is applying for 2022 and we are debating which will be a better fit . Any insights for international students?
Hello! So glad this was helpful :) London itself is a very international city - I'm sure your daughter would thrive regardless of which London uni she goes to :) From my experience as an Imperial medic, there are so many students of international backgrounds studying at Imperial, and because of that, our clubs and societies are diverse. It's easy to find and make friends with people of similar and different backgrounds. Looking forward to welcoming your daughter to one of these unis!

What about the combined score for section 1 and section 2 for imperial. I got 5.2, 4.4 and 3A and I have jsut received a rejection from imperial. I am predicted A* maths A chemistry, Biology
Thanks for this video. Imperial eligibility says AAA ( bio, chem and a third subject). Is ‘Drama’ counted as the third subject?
Hi Veena! I think Drama might be counted as a third subject, but if in doubt, I would e-mail admissions team at Imperial to confirm! :)
Can you get into UCL on results day?
100% no, especially on medicine but u can take gap year and reapply if u have good grades
Is waec results accepted in UCL as an African
