World Rugby is continuing on their system to try and make the game better for fan engagement. They claim that they have listened to the internet and made adjustments accordingly. We breakdown what these changes are and what the impact of them are.

The problem with Fan Focused Law Changes is that at the vast majority of matches played there are no fans.
There's the players, the guys on the sidelines waiting to play, some coaches and close personal friends. That's it.
A lot of Law changes seem to assume that there are 3 or 4 certified refs, 6 or 7 cameras and a production van out in the parking lot with yet another certified ref to come up with the correct camera angle for the Head Ref to make a decision.
As to the changes you talked about, I've already commented on your 1 hour+ video that you've cut this video out of. I'm beginning to think I should just not watch them so I'm not having to repeat myself when you cut it up into the more narrowly focused ones.
