[ USA Station ] Amtrak Seattle King Street Station, Interior Renovation 2001→2010→2014

Visited Amtrak Seattle King Street Station (December 24, 2019)
Amtrak Seattle station uses the historic King Street Station built in 1906. The restoration project was completed and the station was rededicated in 2013.

First saw it all I could think of was a wedding cake.It is so beautiful. The marble is even whiter than it appears here. Draw back, food service or newsstand

Before moving to Blaine Washington in 2006. I came to visit with my Late Parents My sister who moved to Bellingham Wa in 2001. We came in the Train Station and I remember some people saying they were going to renovate the station because it had that old 60's feel to it. It's good to see how nice it turned out.

I’ve never heard of a “King Street” station before, I’ve mostly seen “Queen Street”.
