  • To kiteboard with an injury is always tricky. Some you can manage somehow and after a couple of weeks I managed somehow. With an open wound that heals very slowly I am forced to use a drysuit and a seat harness. It worked out okay-ish so far. With temperatures ranging from 10 to 15°C it was comfortable, but still quite restictive for any movement. Nothing fancy - no tricks, just jumps.
The wind was fine for a lot of sessions but only sufficiently blasting with the Rømø session. It was good to feel fear once again. Fear to not sent it as hard as possible. Jumping above 10m regularily feels good. It provides a feeling of growth that I have been missing with the injuries and travelling.
I want to continue this and get back into loops and loo pvariations once the wound is closed, which hopefully will be in the upcoming weeks.
