If an Agency is offering 15% is that low? They said about 15%, but no chargebacks, and a small base salary.. what are your thoughts?
Great stuff! Do your free leads telesales agents also receive the small residual from previously sold clients in that month 9 and onwards? Is that also reduced and do they keep their clients in their book of business or does the DIG agency keep all clients if Agent leaves within 12 months? Thanks!

Free lead agents have little to no 2nd year and beyond residuals; however, free lead agents get paid on the entire first year commission, including the unadvanced portion.
You are vested 100% from the first day. However, we will soon require all free lead agents to sign documentation to not sell to clients acquired using our leads for 2 years if the agent/agency relationship stops.
Reason being is there are agents who will replace their own business in an effort to make another commission with higher commission levels. Hopefully that makes sense.

@@TheDIGAgency yes thank you, the beginning still confused. Everything else was clear. So do the free lead agents not receive any % for their clients sold after the 1st year assuming the client stays in the books after 12 months and more?
What if we do have experience running our own business, managing employees and buying our own leads. However, we would rather start in the free lead program for 6-12 months to truly master the are of selling final expense and then move into the broker program?
By the sound of it, you're an entrepreneur, and should start as a broker. You will not do well in the free lead program for reasons mentioned in this video. The training experience is the same between broker and free lead, but the mindset is different. Just go broker. =)
What if its more of a financial concern? selling for a year and splitting the commissions would give me a chance to save up the 4-5k a month I need for lead costs@@TheDIGAgency
Can I also generate my own leads as a free lead agent?
No reason to - our top agents are getting 200+ leads weekly. Our goal is to keep you 100% busy with free leads. Any agent that insists on self-generation of leads should go broker in our model.
