No official GO released …kindly educate after order was passed ….still lot of confusions going on and most probably they will not implement this as it may lead loss to government …as per local news we can start work without waiting for approval and we need to submit plan approval while going for loan

Stilt +2 or G+1 , please clarify normally FSI is 1.5 so if plot size is 2500 sqft, FSI Can be 3750 sqft why then 3500 sqft ?

It should be upto 2500 Sqft land and upto 3500 built up area .... if your land is above 2500 sqft and your built-up area is above 3500 sqft you should get plan approval
