I am getting a huge brake upgrade for my Mini JCW Roadster and decided to go for the same Alcon brakes that are used in the Mini Challenge series. I was invited up to Alcon to see how the brakes are made and tested and to help me understand more about what makes my new brakes so special. While I was there I saw the manufacturing of the brakes for the Aston Martin Valkyrie. So many myths and misunderstanding about brakes and braking system. I learned so much and hope you will too.

Great video Ped, in Tamworth where I lived for 4 years in the 80’s! Big Automotive heritage there, former home of Reliant. You now start to understand why supercars cost so much money with the amount of design and engineering that goes into the manufacture of components such as these braking systems.
