- Hey Coaster Fanatics, This is my HD front seat on ride POV and review of Wild Thing. The Morgan Manufacturing hyper coaster at Valleyfair. This coaster has a max height of 207 feet with a drop of 196 feet and a top speed of 74 mph. with 5,460 feet of track, Wild Thing was the first hyper coaster built by Morgan Manufacturing. This a great underrated steel coaster. Don't miss out on this one! Enjoy the ride. If you enjoy the video please smash that like button, do leave your thoughts in the comment section, and subscribe for more awesome roller coaster content. Thank you and ride on!
Wild Thing vs. Magnum
I hope you guys enjoyed my POV of Wild Thing. Please leave your thoughts in the comment section. Tell me what you think about this coaster.
I might ride this attraction this summer!
May I use this footage in a video about different manufacturers' first coasters? I will give you full credit.
Theme Park Crazy sure, as long as there is credit and I'd appreciate it if you subscribed. thank you.
Theme Park Crazy That would be an awesome video!
To me it's annoying how they are FORCED to say dumb crap like enjoy you ride in the wild thing, ohhh yeah.its really freaking annoying in my opinion unlike kings island where they can say whatever pops into their head like when one of the times I went on backlot stunt coaster, when I got off they said"how was kings islands newist water ride?!"(he said that thing about the water ride cause it was raining at the time.
haha, nice!
The only Morgan hyper I've ridden is Steel Force at Dorney Park but even on video I think that looks more intense and exciting than this coaster does. I've ridden a few hypers from B&M and Intamin such as Apollo's Chariot, Skyrush, and Superman The Ride (used to be ride of steel) and I have to say that Steel Force is right up there with them. It may be a more basic out and back layout, but I just find it to be a lot of fun, great airtime, and some intense moments around the helix. It was also my first hypercoaster, I remember being pretty nervous climbing that slow lift hill the first time I rode it years ago. After the drop though, I was hooked and got right back in line! I'm hoping to get out this year and visit some new parks.
Yeah steel force is way better for sure.
When it came out I remember people crashed tbeir carss because how tall lift hill.
Great Valleyfair POV! :)
Thank You!
CoasterFanatics You're welcome! Wild Thing looks fun. :)
BryceFourn 2001 o
Oops that was an accident
Agreed that it is likely underrated, especially with Renegade too. People need to ride those rides. thanks Patrick for sharing. I never even heard of these so its nice to see new stuff!
no prob, glad you enjoyed. yeah the whole park is underrated I'd say. I wouldn't say it's elite but still worth a visit.
Is that the same logo that was used on Rougarou?
It is definitely similar, but not quite the same.
underrated coaster!!! the first airtime hill is awsome
I agree, not enough people get to ride it.
Love this ride so so much! The Wild Thing has a lot of air time in my opinion, thats why I love it so much.
I agree, It's my favorite at Valley Fair next to renegade of course
I don't get why this is looked down upon among the Morgan Hypercoasters by most enthusiasts. I mean, I've never ridden it or any other Morgan Hyper, but they still all look fun. Really, any non-Togo and maybe Desperado Hypercoaster would still be fun, considering how big and fast they are; they're bound to give at least a little airtime on a couple of hills.
Yeah I love morgan hypers although I would put Wild Thing as my least favorite. Still a good ride though.
Thsi ride was scary
Wild
*thing*
yep!
I love wild thing
One of the better coasters at Valleyfair for sure.
Also I heard the Wild Thing has the longest low-gravity section in the world
bwaha haha That's what I heard too but I myself didn't feel it. maybe you really feel it in the back row.
People should treat wild thing with respect considering it’s success is the reason that mamba and the phantoms revenge exist
It definitely is a significant coaster for Morgan.
Why does both excalibur and wild thing have a Figure 8 in there layout in the same Park
lol, not sure.
I would like to see a Huss Troika in the helix.
that would be pretty cool. I think that's doable for this park.
A pretty good ride, but not as good as renegade.
Agreed!
It's like a mini Steel Dragon 2000
Yeah pretty much. It's made by the same manufacturer as well.
i need tips how does it feel on the first drop im gonna ride it for the first time im really scared( even thought its gonna open in 3 months)
Husky Doge it's just like the drop on any roller coaster just taller. it's lots of fun, nothing to be scared of.
I went on it for the first time an I was rlly scared but it isn't THAT bad just a couple seconds of you think your off the track
CoasterFanatics I went on wild thing a bunch now I'm in love!!!
I love this ride I put my hands up the whole time :D
Clawdeen2545wolfia10 AJ nice!
plenty of headchoppers looks a good ride
Yeah it does have a lot of those, it is a pretty good ride!
I've went here like 4 times but I've stayed away from it but I am going there this week and I'm going to try it wish me luck
good luck, Let me know how you liked it!
@@CoasterFanatics I did not like the wild thing the first time I went on it but then I went on it again and I liked it more and then I went on it again and loved it

Foxina92 aj no...

Yeah reminds me of Magnum
yeah a little. It has similar elements to it.
That tunnel is sweet
Coaster Master94 It is unique compared to other tunnels.
I've been on this ride before and it scared the living heck out of me😱😰
lol, nice!
CoasterFanatics I live in mn yet I still can't handle a lot of valley fairs rides
They have a nice coaster line up. I hope you tried Renegade. It's my favorite coaster there.
CoasterFanatics is it a wood coaster? then I did.
my favorite coaster is the corkscrew.
Steel force is better
I agree. but I like Mamba better than steel force.
True but the only Morgan I have ridden is steel force
