I remember watching this and being completely blown away at the last 45 minutes of action. I didnt think it was gonna get any better than that and yet here we are.
14:08 - Tony says, "we have a hulk" to Loki. Loki says this exact line to Thanos at the beginning of Infinity War when Hulk comes out to face Thanos on the Asgardian ship
U know what I didn't know that like I did I when I watched infinity war but I completely forgot about it cause of thanos killing Spiderman was the only thing on my mind after the movie
This movie is still one of my all time favorites. Seeing these characters onscreen together for the first time was like a dream come true. Infinity War was also amazing in many of the same ways, but this one still holds a special place in my heart.
1:05 no-one ever brings up the fact that this thing is shaped like Tony's ark reactor with an infinity stone inside it. Endgame was foreshadowed back in 2012.
Yeah, no one stole anything. All these channels do is take info from wikis and tvtropes and dress it up with crappy jokes and memes. And you gimps lap it up.
People, there are so many channels on the internet, just cause two are similar, doesn't mean anyone stole anything. Just like lost of people do cat videos
I dont care what ANYONE says. This first The Avengers movie is an *ALL TIME CLASSIC MOVIE.* its exactly everything it needed to be. It is an unprecedented achievement in filmmaking never thought possible, literally laughed out of movie studios when marvel pitched the early early MCU before the MCU to a few different studios I know some people have said they don't like the Avengers after the hype died down and we've had the whole Infinity Saga beginning to end, with Avengers Infinity War, and Avengers Endgame, which on their own or all together are literal cinematic masterpieces of technical and creative intelligence, patience, and mastery of impossible precision and efficiency unlike anything any one has ever seen, and it couldn't have been any more perfect (other than arguably some time travel paradoxes, but im okay with them because its time travel there is always paradoxes) or if the X-Men and Fantastic Four were in it lol but an original mcu fantastic four, no FOX bs. Anyway, yes technically the Avengers 3 and 4 are far better in almost every way, as well as many other movies being more tight scripts with more focused plots and little to no plot holes or logic issues, like Captain America: The Winter Soldier, as well as Captain America: Civil War, ( side note; the latter being in my personal favorite 5 at least, with IW, EG, SM:FFH, AV1, and CW making that list, but it always changes) but The Avengers will always be an absolute classic movie and no one can take that away from it.
the first avenger's will always be one of my favs! When I saw it in 2012 it was one of my favorite superhero movies ever. I think I saw the movie at least 3 times in theater
When Cap tells Tony “we won” I think this is a call back to when Cap tells fury “when I went in the ice the world was at war, when I woke up they told me we won”. Same situation for Tony.
I like when Cap calls Hulk "Hulk", he turns around with a look of anger but then calms down a little bit like he just realised Cap called him Hulk and not Banner.
Did anyone else know most of this stuff before watching the video? The Avengers is not only my favorite movie in the MCU, but one of my favorite movies of all time. I've watched it in its entirety at least 15 times. Great job on the video!
I just noticed the footage of the Abidjan Operation (when Coulson calls Natasha, 1:44 in this video) looks a lot like the scene when the two of them reminisce about Budapest during the battle of NY.
@@Soccercrazyigboman me too until theorized that Loki is one of the few villains who has a clear backstory (from the first Thor movie) and has clear motives. He's actually a well written villain.
2:03 I think it's also a reference to The Incredible Hulk. 18:17 Whatculture pre Infinity War: "Is Thanos seeking to 'court' death, by which we definitely mean is Thanos looking to f*** death."
I feel like Tony’s Arc Reactor is powered by plasma spinning at high speeds creating energy like a lightbulb. And since the arc reactor is on Tony’s heart the Scepter wouldn’t work
10:56 Those aren't Phase 2 weapons. Those are the same Hydra weapons that Cap faced off against in WW2. Still, finding them in a S.H.I.E.L.D. helicarrier is a nod to the fact that Hydra isn't as gone as they seem.
You missed something while Loki was in the containment facility. If you look closely at one of the monitors, you notice that one has a thermal image. The room lights up in greens, oranges, and reds. But look at Loki, he’s solid blue. Blue means cold. That reveals that Loki is a Frost Giant.
How did you not notice that when Thor and Loki fight on the tower they dropped just the letter A and then at the end of the movie it's only letter standing?
I just rewatched Infinity War and noticed that during the fight on Titan, Dr. Strange pulled the Time Stone from thin air. If you look closely, the star in the background slowly turned green to reveal the Time Stone, and then later in the shot that "star" is gone. Dont know if that star is visible in other shots leading up to that scene but thought it was pretty cool.
Just rewatched this one with my brother. Even tho, this is one of the best MCU movies, I still think it's underrated. Everyone hates on Cap's suit. But I dig it. A nice addition to the collection of awesome MCU Cap suits.
On the ending scene when Thor took Loki to Asgard listen to the song because the song sounds similar to “one shot” when the avengers time travelled in avengers endgame!!
In the first 2 minutes, as the S.H.I.E.L.D base is evacuated, the screen passes a wall that reads 'project pegasus' which was the codename for the light speed engine project that Mar-Vell was leading in the Captain Marvel movie. Something I just noticed rewatching Avengers Assemble today
The theme from when Tony falls through the portal and thanos ‘almost’ snap in endgame is the same theme as in infinity war before Thor arrives at wakanda
My only gripe with the movie is how EVERY SINGLE civilian dodges the shots and everything. It's so god damn unrealistic and kinda ruins the entire fight in the city when you realize it.
Yup, I do remember that. that was a big callback.
U know what I didn't know that like I did I when I watched infinity war but I completely forgot about it cause of thanos killing Spiderman was the only thing on my mind after the movie
it wasnt an argasdian ship it was "A stolen Ship"
No shit shelock
And get his ass handed to him
This movie is still one of my all time favorites. Seeing these characters onscreen together for the first time was like a dream come true. Infinity War was also amazing in many of the same ways, but this one still holds a special place in my heart.
Also when Stark and Banner are talking about Hulk being the cure is brought up later in the breakfast scene in endgame.
I feel like infinity war mirrored the “we won” line, with cap sitting beside vision.
Marvel Fan4222 they said we won
But they didn’t say what we lost
Or Endgame when Peter said "We won Mr. Stark" when Tony was dying
Marvel Fan4222 spot on
The score of the movie is so good especially that scene with the violin and cap saying oh god and everyone being in shock and disbelief
Marvel Fan4222
Cap: Oh God

I also feel like Cap’s “We won” in Avengers is a way for Cap to get closure in celebrating victory since he missed that feeling 70 years prior.
Looks like somebody got a hold on the time stone

You could have said The Avengers is an ALL TIME CLASSIC MOVIE instead of writing a whole paragraph. I would have believed you either way.
I just can’t believe how little heroes there were in the first avengers compared to what we have now. Just amazing how much progress has been made!
the first avenger's will always be one of my favs! When I saw it in 2012 it was one of my favorite superhero movies ever. I think I saw the movie at least 3 times in theater
The last time I was this early steve rogers was using trashcan lids
Shoes lmao this is the first “the last time I was this early” joke that I actually laughed at.
i understood that reference
Lmao
The last time I was this early I lost an eye.
Last time I was this early it was spelled "Rogers"
I loved this movie as a kid, still remember seeing it with my family back in 2012, epic.
When Cap tells Tony “we won” I think this is a call back to when Cap tells fury “when I went in the ice the world was at war, when I woke up they told me we won”. Same situation for Tony.
Got the notification like an hour ago and the vid is just now live. Thought I was going crazy lol
Ryan Mallet the first video had some silent clips problems
17:33 and that reflects on the moment where the term "Endgame" was first coined and where cap says " We'll do that together too"
Just watching this today and it looks like the Myphisto storyline hinted here is coming back to fruition
I like when Cap calls Hulk "Hulk", he turns around with a look of anger but then calms down a little bit like he just realised Cap called him Hulk and not Banner.
This movie literally saved my sanity, and thus my life, in 2012. I have nothing but love for every second.

Amazing how in few months this movie is turning 10 years old. I remember watching this before college
Idk wasn't feeling any of the MCU movies in quarantine but I've been binging agents of shield again.... So good!
I'm never tired of AOS.
I actually liked the fact THIS was the LAST movie where Cap wielded a gun at all.
Tony’s “clumsiness” aka knocked the f out by the hulk
13:17 I loved that part Voss
Glad this is back. Hope it stays up
That scene where Hulk smashes the Chitauri still gives me chills. I saw this movie in the theatres and thought it was so cool.
How could RUclips take down such awesome content!
How do you find these tiny details and Easter Eggs? Impressive. Most impressive.
i love the continuous moving shots in this film

That's intentional, the star WAS the Time Stone, Strange hid it there. "Hidden in plain sight", you know.
