Because i dont have so much equipment but a pair of rings My routine is mostly Pull ups Practicing the pull up chest Inverted Body rows and with one arm Finally isometric and isotonics exercises for reaching front lever (Inverted hang, skin the cat, tuck front lever raises and pull ups) Its fun doing it, like really, skin the cat makes me feel i getting more flexible with each rep... calisthenics has a repertory of various movements and i dont think they are bad! I enjoy doing it even if i feel hitting a wall Dont miss out pull day Also i've never feel my lats until i try the tuck lever raises, god bless this way of training
I´m doing a full body workout plan and start with pull ups and then barbell rows, do you think that´s good for building upper back muscles or are the barbell rows unnecessary?
Isn't his pull up form wrong , we have to pull the chest to the bar
This is a great session for hybrid cali bros
You don't do any biceps exercises ?
Not in this particular workout, but on other pull days I train my biceps with chin ups or bar/ring curls 💪🏼
Do you have a full push-pull leg workout for calisthenics beginners

You should always do at least 1 vertical pulling movement (pull ups) and 1 horizontal pulling movement (rows). So with this combination, you're good!
