    Thanks for this. Good to see attention to pelvic pain. I suffer from CPPS, which I know is MBS, and lately (after a major stressor..2 actually lol...that threw me into major Sympathetic zone) is also co-morbid with another mind-body issue namely IBS. I've come to understand that the two can often be co-morbid and I suppose feed off each other (?) especially when in the Sympathetic zone

    Omg thank you for this because I know I have Neuroplasticity pain from ovulation the past 10 years and never getting pregnant has created phantom pain all these years. So currently trying to unwind it all!
