The best and most realistic couple moment of the live announcement for me was when Ellie went in for the post workout congratulatory kiss and then wiped her mouth in disgust!! 😂👌🏼😂 so relatable!!!! Haha!

I did the open workout today. I pr 4 times in the wod.
1 pr I rx my first open workout
2 pr is doing 185 for 10 reps
3 pr doing 183 dubs in a workout
4. Got 10 unbroken dubs 2 times.
I got 346 reps in the workout happy with it will not re do it

Probably because there’s nothing against the rules about fixing broken equipment 🤷♂️

Change the rope = assistance with the equipment.
