7520u is zen2 based cpu almost 5 yrs old now but igpu is rdna2 which has av1 codec. I think intel 11 gen is better than this, another main issue is ram upgradabiility. We have 5400u and 5425u which are zen3 but less models. 7530u is zen3 almost 3 year old with same old vega 7 igpu and no av1. It's better than 11 gen. They have reduced base freq to reduce heat may be. But they have not given and rdna based igpu with zen3. We have 6600u but only one model in India available and v expensive. These ryzen heat a lot due to more cores. Better to wait for zen4, but they may be expensive.
Use of av1 in these budget friendly laptops is limited , Better to go which gives best bang for buck performance. And for that 7530u is better than 7520u as of now .

Go with hp victus or msi g63 in which you get : 1)3 times fps at same cost like your suggestions watch benchmark and high refresh rate like cyberpunk, AAA games but can't play it neither on 1235u or 7530 ( I own 7530u ) Cons : 1) at battery backup something like 3-4hour at best 2) not have as much as quality of rbg Asus vivobook 3) not build for business usage for battery life and noise but u can used for degree like btech or gamedrgree high demanding usage requirements But you buy for for productive like photo 1)for outdoor usage it is good have body for travelling 2)6-8 hour battery 3)used mainly for business, photo editor,video editing like vlog or personal , have good camera ,good speaker and finger maybe touch screen maybe I don't know That it make choice clearly😊😊😊

7520u is 4 core zen2 and 1235u is 8 core 12 gen. 1235u looks better. But have to look at the thermals and other features like build quality, thermals.
