I just tried this yesterday and couldn't get the back two bolts off the passenger side valve cover as it is so tight there. Even removed the cowl for more room and better sight. Make sure you take pics of vacuum hose routing and connectors etc.
Doing in a RX350, one of the worst jobs I’ve ever done. It’s say 3.0 of labor, but is BS. The angle of the engine is considerably tilted, you have to take all the wipers arms, motor and tray just to reach the valve cover, and even though still hard to work.
Yup! I have that engine on a Rav4 (pretty much the same situation as the Lexus Rx) and I'm still scratching my head on how to get a torque wrench on those same bolts before I even start the job. There is no space, specially with the ac back there.
Hello, what is the part number for the gasket for 8 shaped vvt oil gasket? And the third one o ring please? Your help will be much appreciated. Thank You.
Are you serious?! Just the air filter box, you had missed hoses, clips and screws then just cutout that portion of the video... 😂. As expected, used socket wrench extension & hammer to install the gaskets and needless to say, I bet no torque wrench was used. 👎

It usually comes with the valve cover gasket set ...
FEL-PRO VS 50682 R
Take off the wiper motors and remove tray below windshield.
That's basically a 2007 Lexus RX350 engine!
Almost like they're the same
What are the part #s?
Fel-Pro Valve Cover Gasket Set - VS50682R
who want to service PM lang..
It's a lot easier if you remove the cowl.
Hindi madali ang paggawa nyan kailangan talaga taon ang bubunuin mo
Modern cars are ridiculous

Haven’t watched the whole thing but buddy you’ll shit your pants when you find out a lot of people don’t use torque wrenches for valve covers 🫣
