Great work. Could you please drop the link to the page to manage labels (where we can view all the labels)? I unfortunately couldn't find it in the chat. Many thanks :)

Is it better to use just one label or many labels for each article in terms of optimizing search results for users?

Hi, I used labels and marcros to create a program level summary report. it works great, thanks! my challenge, maybe because I didn't set it up using templates, is: PMs are just updating the prior period report, so we lose all that history. Pretty sure I set up something wrong here. What's your recommendation on how to tweak the set-up so PMs know how to create a new status report for the new period and dont touch the old one.

Where do you go to start from the beginning. I want to use but know nothing about it. I would like to become a Confluence sensei for my work.

Hi! Is it possible to search for those pages which do not have some labels? For example, I have records and documents like labels and I would like to see other pages, which do not have these criteria.

This is a great question! Unfortunately, you can't exclude pages with a certain label using filters in Confluence search.
So, because there aren't filters in Confluence search for this, we'll need to enter our search right into the page URL. It's not pretty, but it should work here.
To do this, replace the parts of this search URL inside [ ]s with your own information:
[YOUR SITE NAME].atlassian.net/wiki/search?cql=label%20!%3D%20[LABEL YOU WANT TO EXCLUDE]%20AND%20text%20~%20[TEXT YOU WANT TO SEARCH FOR]
This will give you all the pages with the given text, excluding those that have the given label. Tada!
This approach won't work with the Livesearch macro though, only with search results.
      We hope this helps!

I'm migrating from Notion, and I think Confluence is really dated.

      Hi,
What disadvantage do you see in Confluence which is possible with Notion and maybe vice versa and why do you think it's dated?
      Cheers,
      Steffen
