That was great, now I want to see if you have a video on some of the more technical aspects like settings, shutter speed, ISO, manual vs auto settings, etc? Thank you!
My son played baseball and I shot pictures of the games and gave them to the parents. I loved it and the parents were very happy to have the pictures as well.
Maaan, great tips. I’m in 8u Baseball about 7 games in and I’m getting the hang of it, some of the tips you had I’ve been doing. Thank you so much from 2024.
Great as usual ricky. Baseball is something I’m very familiar, and I think you explanation is a smart approach for shooting this sport. I kind of use a the same strategy. And also like to get images showing as much of the venue as possible. Also I love to photograph the pitchers from the stands behind the home plate, it’s a unique view and while doing that you can double for any attempt to steal the second base. Thanks again man, great content!
Hey Shoot Better Sports, all the way from Trinidad, W.I. j just stoped by to give you a look see on the recommendation of your bro Tye, FlashFilm Academy, we don't have baseball as a major sport in Trinidad, but your approach and shot list and the way you approach and break down to shoot the game, is just awesome, thanks for the insights that can be applied to shoot ang sports all round, , more powers and strength to you and your crew, blessings flow,
Bro, I love your vids! Do you think their is any way that once corona is all over and done you could film yourself taking pictures at a sporting event???
Excellent video. Right to the point. I loved how you put it together in 6 minutes. The images were perfect. I'm sure you would use the same approach for video. If I'm wrong, let me know. Thank you.
Gday from Australia. Great tips and I'm sure they're not just applicable to baseball. I'm going on my own journey - from the military to sports photographer. How were you able to make the transition? Who did you contact? Any advice you could give would be great!
I loved the video. I started with a Canon SL2 shooting my sons little league. He is now a freshman and I grown to want more from my photos and gear, (now a Canon 90D & Sigma lenses) I can’t believe I am just now finding this channel.
I'm struggling with it right now. Shooting with my Canon 5D M III and Canon 100-400mm f/4.5-5.6 L series lens. Was using my Canon 70-200mm f/2.8, but just upgraded to get more reach. My son is 7 and plays 7U baseball. I am shooting for the league. Field half Sun, half shade and could use some advice on managing that. Any ideas? Thanks for any help!
You deserve more views
Thanks man hopefully the algorithim will favor my content sooner or later!

Do you think 600mm is too long for baseball ? I shoot canon full frame. I own 100-300-mm Rf 2.8 and 600mm Rf F4
What camera and lens do you use
