Excellent video. Dr. Cooper is articulate and clear in his explanations of complex medical topics. I highly recommend this informative channel to anyone suffering from spine and joint pain (as well as the Princeton Spine and Joint Center!).
I just got diagnosed with lumbar radiculopathy yesterday from the results of my MRI that was done a week ago. I’m 54 years old. My back hurts and my right leg is numb. This video was very helpful and informative. Thank you.
I’ve had tremendous right foot pain for over 15 years. My first surgery they cut a ligament to relieve pressure from plantar fasciitis that surgery did not work. I learned to live with the pain for years, Recently I just had a tarsal tunnel surgery, now my pain is even worse. I have a lot of tingling burning, even moved to the top of my foot and moving up my leg, i’m just devastated the pain is constant, I can’t concentrate. It consumes me 🙁 I am waiting to have a nerve study done and an MRI on my back. Also had that epidural shot it did not work.

So.. is there a technique for finding the exact spot now?.. with an epidural shot?.. I heard it was kind of hit or miss.....
