I really liked this video! I have adhd, depression and anxiety. When I try to do things sometimes it feels like a heavy weight on my chest and I just can’t do it. Then I don’t and it makes me feel worse. What helps me is I will watch a RUclips video of someone doing the thing I need to do and that kinda motivates me to do it too. So if I need to go food shopping I will watch a random vlog of someone food shopping. I understand your struggle if that helps.

I relate to your video so much, I struggle with ADHD pretty badly and it's hard to get things done, and find motivation especially since i'm also in university. Now that i'm making youtube videos again (after 3 years) It will definitely be a struggle to juggle everything and keep focus but I really enjoy vlogs like these, that show the reality of your life and your struggles and just.. you

And omg literally doing RUclips / social media with uni and hobbies and socialising is so much sometimes!! And I know it’s ridiculous because life is about balancing but I feel like when you have extra struggles like mental health, learning difficulties etc it’s always so much harder!! I’m so happy you enjoyed that made me so so happy!!
