Metal Detecting WW2 / WW1 - AWESOME German WWI Bayonet Found! Relics from Different Time Frames!
HTML-код
- Опубликовано: 25 июл 2019
- Hi there my friends! :)
Here i am again with a new Metal Detecting video!
We went to some different spots this time, Germany, Netherlands and Belgium to search for relics.
It was hard.. and hot.. almost all the spots we went were full of plants!
We found some small and interesting relics from different time frames.. but the best find was made in the Belgian forest where i found a lot of crazy stuff before!
It was too hot to clean all the finds at the end, so i decided to clean and show the most interesting ones only.. it was 107.6 degrees fahrenheit in the shade that day!
I really hope you enjoy the video, and stay tuned for more! :D

Great find with that bayonet and THANK YOU for adopting one of our soldiers grave sites. I am always extremely touched by how Europeans still honor the sacrifices of our U.S. soldiers, sailors and marines who made the ultimate sacrifice to liberate Europe from occupation and tyranny.
Not just U.S soldiers there were British French Italy (after a while) U.S.S.R the Raj Colonies Poland Balkans China Turkish Romanian Bulgarian etc.
I love how optimistic this guy is, wish there was more people like this in the world

I have one question, Sir. How did you gain such knowledge about all this old stuff? You can nearly identify everything people would call trash. You have my respect 🔥

It’s not a history secrets unless you hurt your finger some how 👏😅great video cool finds 😁
Hahaha, true! :)
I’m from the US and every time I hear of people from other countries taking care of American soldiers graves it makes me cry. Thank you for adopting his grave. You honor this soldier in a very special way. I heard a quote once and it goes like this: A person dies twice, once when you physically die and once when the last person says the name. You are keeping him alive. Once again thank you from America.🇺🇸
We will never forget the brave soldiers who saved us, we will honor them forever! :)
Thanks for your comment!!
That bottle was a homemade bong usually to smoke weed and the peace inside is where you but the weed and screw it on top and blaze up
And im really liking your videos and a new subscriber from 🇨🇦
“Cuts finger on 50 year old rusted barbed wire” hmm that hurt...no need to get a shot
I’ve always wanted to go metal detecting for WWI & WWII items!
Yes, it's so cool to find stuff like that!
my friend has a stone that was damaged in world war 1
Hi, Nick!
The find of the WW1 bayonet was beyond cool. I was amazed at the condition. Awesome find!
The Mercury dime was another sweet find. They look so good, all cleaned up. And congratulations on the hammered coins!!! Of course we don't have anything like that where I live, so I'm envious! I think it's fantastic when I find an old arrowhead in a field, as that's about as old as relics get! But no hammies!
Did you ever talk to the farmer at the dump pit farm? I just wondered if you did, and what he might have said.
Please be careful in this insane heat! I'd rather miss a few videos, than risk you having heatstroke!
Cindy
Thanks, yes the bayonet looked a lot better than i had expected!
I really love that Mercury dime too, don't find them often here!
Thank you, i always love to find hammered coins, they have such an amazing look!
Yes.. i've talked to the farmer.. and he's a real A**hole.. he doesn't want us on the field.. even though there is nothing on it right now!
It's a very unfriendly person.. he doesn't care about other people.
Thank you very much for your kind comment again!! :)
Gr Nick
This guy who makes these vids is Awesome! Thx for saving history even if me and mine were on the other side u seem like a good man.Your vids are cool and saving history.Wish i could come on one of your metal detecting trips i have one myself. The only thing we find is farming tools and trash lol.It must be fun to go outside your home and find WW2 relics.Anyway keep up the good work.Greetings from America.
I recently went metal detecting in Germany for the first time, I was inspired by you and other online history hunters, and now I know how much work is put into these videos and it makes me appreciate them more! (I found a ww2 flare cartridge and an east german coin!)
Another good video. Glad to hear that you have adopted Bennie Bob Bellomy's grave. I think Bennie adopted you though by leading you to his dog tag. You now have a lifelong connection to an American WW2 soldier fighting for your country's liberation. Awesome!! If you ever need help in taking care of his grave, just let me know.
Thanks!
Yes, he feels like a friend.. it's really special to me!
I'm so glad i found his tag, and now adopted his grave, i can reunite him with his dog tag every time.
Thank you!
107f!!!! way to hot! and dangerous as well! More awesome finds, that forest, bunker, caves, WOW! spooky. Any noise in there would totally freak me out! With what went on there, you never know.

Nick, my friend found a 1904 barber dime in great condition in his basement! Also, great finds! I’m trying to find a easy and cheap way to clear rust and gunk from old relics, I’m especially trying to clean a old small bear trap I found in a river beside my house! 😆
Awesome! The bayonet was an excellent find! Great work.
You should bring proper equipment and go in the cave! awesome video, never disappoints

Enjoyed the video well done on the finds
I find it satisfying watching your videos
such cool finds :)
Hi Nick !
I understand you...very well ! ;-/ I 'meet' dense vegetation and old/'modern' junk/trash almost all the times ! Beer/soda bottle caps and...glass cans caps...sometimes are so...frustrating (I tried to avoid as much as possible trash 'making' notch for metals "between" Iron and Aluminium...) ! ...But...it's simply your choice... ! ;-/ All you can do is...to wait for the autumn/winter...when it will be almost 'no' vegetation ! ;-/
Anyway...nice WW2 relics !
Ideed...That cave is strange !!! Those 'holes' could 'indicate' a..."cooling station" for wine but...
Not long time ago I found some...pieces (including a massive and heavy piece of a track) that could "indicate" a military vehicle, a light tank or a half-track...maybe a half-track...but I still don't know...german or soviet one...?!??
Yes, indeed very frustrating.. people need to pick up their junk!!
The problem is.. a stupid pull tab gives the same signal as a golden ring!
Thanks!
The holes are ventilation holes, made so no one can go inside, but air and bats can.
Oh, that's awesome!!
Thank you for watching again!
Spoopy cave
Very interesting.
Nice find 👌
Wow very Interesting!
Leuke vondsten weer.
Cheers
I am green with envy! I've been detecting for more than 20 years. But I live in the states so I NEVER find artifacts as old as those coins. That is if you don't include things made of stone! Tools, points and such. But no machine helps in that arena...I just love coins!!
Oh cool. A casing from Bridgeport. That place has really gone downhill
Its so crazy what leavings around there..Im living in Germany and in my area is much history of the second world war and this time.
1949 is an ammunituon storage in our small city exploded. And today its a big hole with plants🌿
Also I think its really cool that you are visiting Germany because we know your obsession with ww2 stuff (But I like it😂👍🏻)
the historic bong was the best part ! hahahaha
Hahaha nice find. I have a bong like that
Wow zoo gaaf. Binnenkort ook weer naar een ww2 locatie ik houd van een beetje afwisseling. Jou oude munten vind ik ook top om te vinden

Hey Nick I love your content and of cause the videos you make keep up the good work mate :)
And btw I have a question : I wanted you to ask how you clean your finds so well especially coins I have some issues with that because I don't want to damage anything (writing on it )
When i saw the big plants in the area he showed, i was like "GET THE SWORD!"
I cant wait for the next video
Hahahaha so the soldiers could smoke pot with a bong back then? Hahaha
Wow, love the coins!!!
I think I have to go to Germany to find those old stuff, love it.
That is awesome
Thank you for watching!
Awesome finds...i wish I could get German barbed wire here but none in the states. The design and look of that stuff is awesome. Pretty cool you can just find it laying around everywhere.
The bottle kinda looked like a medical bottle but idk
Thanks!
Yes, that WWII German barbed wire looks really cool, maybe they sell some online :)
