I know this is an extremely late reply but yes some phones come with it standard built in like Google pixels. When I found out it helped me out tremendously, there's also a few different apps for it but "Google lens" is probably one of the best ones out there.

As a south korean, the paper notes are very poor korean language, it seems like translated korean from foreign language through google translator.
Also north korean do not use english like "MRE"..

That is not NK ration. It is just dry rice you mix with water without heat and it expanded and softens and you mix with salt and eat. You just get dry rice and salt as MRE in DPRK.
Hey Nathan just had a sopacko or whatever says chicken breast with rib meat fillet in BBQ sauce. It wasn't chicken was a piece of beef and was really tasty , it had tortillas apple jelly a Tootsie and a mocca dessert bar have you ever seen one? It was a nice piece of beef labeled chicken.
