Q-tips mightve been a good idea for the letter Q. However i thin i heard in britain theyre called something else though (also not used to clean ears over there because theyre not supposed to be used in your ears, youll damage your eardrums)
If you're not British the official taskmaster releases the episodes full unless you mean full reaction then I'm not sure the production team would allow tbh, youtube is pretty bad for uploading programs
