Milan looks AMAZING! We finally did it! Sold the house, traveled USA for 2 months and crossed the pond a little closer to you....in Ireland. I lived in Milan for 6 months back in 2016 and it’s one of my favorite places in the world. Another great free place to visit is the Basilica di Sant’Ambrogio. He was the patron saint of Milan and the church was built back in the 6th or 7th century so it’s literally like walking back in time. It was right next to where I was going to university at the time, so I would often stop by between class when I needed to kill some time. Also (sorry for the long post) check out the market at the Sant’Agostino metro stop (green metro line) on Tuesdays and Thursdays (pretty sure those are the dates). There’s some beautiful fresh food and it’s all very affordable!
Agree that the best thing in Milan is the Navigli, I just love it there! also aperitivo is a "thing" everywhere in Italy but the buffet was probably a specific thing of that place where you went! every bar will offer a different style of aperitivo! :)

Did you visit Milan in August? It seams sooooo empty: duomo square, Navigli, Vittorio Emanuele gallery... everything is so empty. It is 10 times like that normally 😂 and it is not very cheap. Miskitos are there everywhere till October!!!! And if you are going to stay 2-3 days go for the Milan Pass which includes transport and entrances plus some tours :)

I've never been fond of Milano, but this is the second time I've seen Luini mentioned in a short video and I so want to go there! Also, everywhere you go in Italy when you go to churches/cathedrals you need to cover up your shoulders and legs (down to your knees). I don't recall a single place that doesn't require that. Anyway, great video and now I think I'll suggest Milano to my husband as a possible city trip. Let's hope I don't get physically ill as I was in the past two times I was in Milano 🤢 Must be something in the air 🤔🤣

Was in Milan 2 weeks ago. And i was very disappointed of how dirty the city looks. And lots of graffiti around the whole city. People are not that friendly either. Not the best experience ever. Not going back anytime soon.
Luini panzerotti are NOTHING special. It's the "jumping school" place to eat, that's it. Panzerotti are not even from Milan, they're from 1200km south.

The most cheapest thing is the Bergamo airport (BGY)! Just 20km outside of Milano!! Found the cheapest tickets in my life to this airport!! Hihi! 😁😁
