no please don't say that , I love Steve, and I love even more Ruben blades , that to me is hundred times a bigger reference in music than Steve Van Zandt i love the intention behind those lyrics , but first don't say the song was underrated because it's simply an abomination and any of those people there credited as authors would tell you exactly the same while laughing their arses off, but secondly make yourself a favor and stop writing comments like this, I don't believe for a second that you are serious when you say this song was your favourite in 1987 because there was so much good music in those days that saying this makes you look like a person with no taste in music and I love you . If you are really serious about it well then I have nothing to say more than the song is an abomination it never should have been recorded and much less produced and all the money spent on that record and video , probably above the 2M mark it should be given to a charity for teaching kids music so they can love real good music. It took a few hours to film the sequence and we were done sometime around 1 or 2 in the morning. Jesse Borrego from _Fame_ was in the cast, as I remember.

Crazy when some one don t speak english(me back then) and you find out later....great song, it was restricted in US.in those yearsi beleved I stil have the 45 record.
