If only this was 3 seconds longer, then the video would have been the same time length as Ryan's half marathon pr!

This was pretty good. Great work @TheGingerRunner! I like the advise of taking easy days really easy and go hard on the workout days. Rich Roll would be another awesome guest if you can get him.

I am a Type 1 Diabetic amateur runner. I've used road racing and trail running as apart of my medical therapy for diabetes that I am year on 14 with. I've learned a lot through blog series such as these to compliment my growing knowledge and competitve drive (mostly with myself) as a healthy patient, and runner. Would love to speak with anybody in this realm and spread the awareness for Diabetes, specifically Type 1. Much love to all.

Awesome interview. Love it and I can totally relate to a lot he said especially how we don't like what running does to our bodies in the course of getting faster. He has gone into strength training and loving the transformation and I did the same thing myself and also like what it has done to my body too.

Hi Ethan, I live too far to ever join the live show and when I wake up in the morning and see the push notification from youtube I usually can't watch because I have to get to work. I follow the ultra scene more usually but when the name Ryan Hall popped up I JUST HAD TO WATCH, and I am glad I did, great show. what an amazing runner. keep it up!

One of the BEST episodes ever, as always, every interview is really funny and serious too jejeje great advices for all the audience and this give the chance to find the right balance in training and daily life. It's really great to see that all the elite runners that you interview are normal people :D :D we just have to enjoy running and doesn't matter if in road or trail, running is a life style.

Even an athlete of his caliber was a little bit distracted by this low carb pseudoscience. The body stores fat very effectively and that does not require insulin.
