A few UK Universities will accept Duolingo for admission. For UK Visa, Duolingo alone is not sufficient. You should have scores like IELTS or TOEFL

Bro is Duolingo is accepted by canada or usa immigration for student visa?

For Canada, only IELTS is accepted under SDS category. For non-SDS, IELTS is not mandatory but we need to prove our English proficiency. And to prove that, IELTS is recommended. You can use Duolingo to apply for a few colleges/universities in Canada. Not for visa. The same applies for US. A lot of Universities are accepting these days.
