This is a comment from a student after he got 4 invaild rejection -
To anybody who got unvalid or uncertified test , So here is some tips that i made during my last test -
1-make the camera of your laptop in the level of your eyes , put something under your lap to raise it to make the camera in the level of you eyes
2-during any speak section , read the question and close your eyes and speak and whenever you feel that you will raise up your eyes during speaking or any section just close them
3-during the writing section , you must look at the screen after you write at most 5 words , you must look at what you write and its not important you write alot of words to get your test certified you must look at the screen and try to write and look at the screen
4- you must be in the center of the camera and try not to be so close to the camera try to be away from the computer so you can see your sholders , and that not all times in sections that you need to read you can come close but not too much try to be away enough so you can see your neck

Hi, I feel your sentiments because i.experience the same thing, i believe i did all the precautions during the test, but after 2 attempts i still got the same result.. I demanded for proof as to where i violated the rules, its easier to accept failure if they provide proof of your mistakes.. thats all im asking but i didnt get it..
I got this reason for multiple time, but I only looked at the keyboard while typing. You looked away from the screen for an extended period of time. You must test again and look at your computer screen throughout the entire test.

I used a speaker (mini Bluetooth speaker) because my laptop's in built speaker is not good. & during the test i talked loudly to not enter my room. One more thing during the test i felt back pain as well as my eyes moved unintentionally.
How they will see my laptop keyboard? And during writing may I look towards my key board? I do not have expert typing ability.

My test shows that I have used multiple e mail accounts and can't take the test any more. But I am sure that I used only one account. What should I do ?
Hope you would have created multiple mail id one through direct signup or through Google sign-in. As Duolingo uses passport verification better is to keep one email login for not get suspended or blocked

My test has been uncertified and the reason they mentioned that i looked away from the screen for an extended period of time. But, I didn't see anywhere during test.

heeeey hope you can help me. im trying to do the DET but my camera is giving me problems, and the problems is that the image shown is laggy or it is having a delay with the audio, the real problem comes with the fact that justt with the DET app my camera has this problem, my upload speed is about 900 mb/ps so is not an internet problem. this is the reason my test got rejected.

Better is to change or use a separate camera, also check your pc/lap, internet speed which might be one of the factors.
