    I like how you find ways of encouraging people to practice. I need to practice more shots I never use (🤔)….but should.
    And…. for toughing it out in the elements and the cold sunshine down there in Alabama. 🙄 Your sacrifice and dedication to instruction is admirable.
    Thank you for the video, Pete.

      I note a touch of sarcasm and jealousy... just the way I like it! I do suffer for my art! :P Thanks for the smile.

    Thanks Pete. That’s so many options, many I don’t even think about. I’ll have to start practicing them. 😊

    This was exactly what I was looking for. Time to master the scramble/upshot game! Through practice....

      @@ogdiscgolfer Got a question: Is the Berg your go-to disc for upshots? and is your recommendation to use overstable putters/approach discs?

    • @ogdiscgolfer
      @ogdiscgolfer  7 дней назад +1

      I use my Bergs for as many shots as I can so from about 200 in if I can throw it I will probably use the the Berg. If I need something more overstable I will grab something like the Entropy, Toro, Zone or Harp (They are all very similar discs, so it depends on which one I have in the bag). I have begun to also look at the Warspear as an overstable approach, but it kinda goes in and out of the bag. Did that help?

      I always thought I needed 2 different discs for left and right roller throws. I learned from you it's a matter of which grip I use. Thanks!

    There are a few things preventing me from practicing these options, with wind being the biggest this time of year. It is so bad lately, my drives might turn into throwlers more often than not, so I'll be practicing shot shapes once the wind dies down. Thx for creating Pete, love your content!

      Sounds like a road time down south is in order! :D No, I totally understand... this time of year can be brutal because of weather. Maybe take over a skating rink or become friends with someone with a really big greenhouse? :D Ok, those are probably crap ideas! Thanks for the kind words!

    Another insightful and helpful video!! Thank you for taking the time and effort to produce and share them. QQ: What types of Bergs are you throwing? I’m curious about the model, type of plastic & general disc weight.

      I go with the K1 soft, my first Berg was a K3 and I find it too slick. I also throw max weight. thanks for asking!
