One of my favorite things to do is porch sittin' with my coffee in the morning. So peaceful with the birds chirping and people starting their day. I thought that bird was going to connect with the camera for a second. Thank you for sharing, Greg! You sure do have a beautiful view from your porch.
Thanks Casey! I love the view! It's cool that you take time in the mornings. It's like therapy. Our days consist of thousands of little micro-moments, and it's rewarding to take time to notice some of those. I had set my camera on the tripod and got busy in the house and when I returned and looked at the footage, the bird had actually landed on my phone. That was kind of fun! 😀

Thank Jim! I should have wore a sweater and changed my shoes! lol. The bird was a surprise. I was shooting a hyperlapse, and got caught up cleaning a breakfast mishap. When I reviewed the footage, it was then I noticed the bird. Fun little bonus. 🐦
Hi Greg. My vlog always starts with no idea where it will end. My days often take sudden turns that I was not expecting. I wish more UK houses had verandas like you have. That looks like such a lovely spot to sit.

Hi Chari! Yay for older vloggers! You're so kind. Thank you for your kind comment! I film everything with my phone too. I have a Samsung S21 Ultra. I love the camera on that phone. I do all my editing on my phone as well. I like having an entire YT studio right in my own pocket. I believe that phones can perfom as well as the big cameras. Thanks again! 😊
@@greg-time I have an iPhone 12 and it works fine. I tried a Canon Camera but the footage was bad. I also edit on my phone. My only struggle is getting the audio mixed right.
