hi everyone i need your help i have bought this sound bar and have connected it via 3.5mm jack to my gaming monitor and for some reason it keeps on cutting in and out, am i doing anything wrong ????
I don't think you are doing anything wrong. From my observation, the soundbar will cut out after there is a 4 or so second silence from the source audio (like between songs or gaps in dialogue). It then takes another couple of seconds to cut back in as soon as the silence in the source ends. This has been true for me using the 3.5mm jack and Bluetooth, but I'm not sure if it's the same for the other inputs. My best guess is that it's an aggressive power management thing. Really stupid and annoying If you ask me. My simple fix has been to keep background audio going at all time, for example, having music play at very low volume when I'm listening to audio books, or playing white noise at very low volume when I'm playing a game (adding more ambient sound in the game settings is also an option, but that can come with performance penalties). I know the unit has a firmware version mentioned in the documentation, but I don't think it is user updatable. If I press "music" my TV goes to an "edit TV channels" screen. Has anyone had this happen. This is my second soundbar and both did this. Thank you in advance for any help you can give me.
Before you do that, first check if your TV supports HDMI arc. If it does then there will be a HDMI port on your TV that states "ARC". Plug your HDMI cable in there and then plug it into your soundbar, that's it. Your other HDMI connected devices or smart TV apps will use your soundbar as the audio source as a result. Hope this helps mate?
It's an ok bar for it low-price, it didn't test for well for music playback but for sure will be much better than native tv speakers! Personally, Creative Stage v1 will match its low price for an audio that'll be a coupla notches better!
My Hisense hs214 soundbar led is stuck in HDMI ARC mode. I can’t switch to other sources eg Bluetooth, USB, AUX or OPTICAL mode. Whenever I power up, it goes to HDMI ARC mode, I have tried using a remove or touch on the item to change source but still experiencing the problem. Please assist if you have a solution for this problem.
Is it me? I listened to your sound demo, admittedly not through headphones but through excellent Ruark MR1 active speakers and the sound quality was abysmal. Yes, there was plenty of banging and thrashing from that sub but when the dialogue started I could NOT discern a word that was said. Again, is it me? I'm looking for something that will bring forward the speech in A, movies where effects always drown out dialogue, and B, TV programmes where the broadcasting companies seem to employ chimpanzees as sound engineers who are incapable of getting a good sound balance. I would buy this in a flash [now £99.00 at Amazon] if it meant I no longer had to wear uncomfortable headphones in order to hear the dialogue in movies.🐨
Can anyone help me? I’ve got my firestick plugged into my hdmi 1 slot on my tv and there’s two other slots for hdmi cable ports on it but I don’t know which one to plug the soundbar to

with hdmi cable you can not sure about optical - hdmi arc is perfectly synced and you can control it just like a normal tv. I prefer hdmi arc, most convenient

I want you use same video you did to check quality of my audio system, could you please tell me where you got video from.

I have this soundbar. Is it possible to wake it up when turning on the tv? I'm have it connected with optical cable to my hisense tv
Use the eARC HDMI connection, not optical if you want it to turn on with the TV.
Can i Just connect my PC via the HDMI Port on the GPU (RTX 2070 Super) when i change the Digital Sound through HDMI?
My sound bar has just become fucked none of the buttons work for some reason and its stuck on the hdmi setting i cant change it to anything els 🤷🏻
How does this hdmi arc work? Do I run a separate hdmi cable from my TV to the sound bar?
Before you do that, first check if your TV supports HDMI arc. If it does then there will be a HDMI port on your TV that states "ARC". Plug your HDMI cable in there and then plug it into your soundbar, that's it. Your other HDMI connected devices or smart TV apps will use your soundbar as the audio source as a result. Hope this helps mate?
Im stuck between this and samsung hwt400!!
It's an ok bar for it low-price, it didn't test for well for music playback but for sure will be much better than native tv speakers!
Personally, Creative Stage v1 will match its low price for an audio that'll be a coupla notches better!
Amazon do this alot, the prices in the UK are always higher!
Brexit. In Europe amazon is based as an EU company
Looking for pc speakers. Will this do the job?
My Hisense hs214 soundbar led is stuck in HDMI ARC mode. I can’t switch to other sources eg Bluetooth, USB, AUX or OPTICAL mode. Whenever I power up, it goes to HDMI ARC mode, I have tried using a remove or touch on the item to change source but still experiencing the problem. Please assist if you have a solution for this problem.
Hy, did you sort it out cause I’m struggling with the same issue
This one or Bose solo 5 guys ??
Nice review
Was clear and sounded full to me, was listening with headphones.
Hello please review for me the Hisense HS312 3.1 is it any good
Hi would it mount on top of the tv ?
Can anyone help me? I’ve got my firestick plugged into my hdmi 1 slot on my tv and there’s two other slots for hdmi cable ports on it but I don’t know which one to plug the soundbar to
You need the socket that says 'hdmi arc'.
Does it have Bluetooth connections?
Yes this have
Can it be later connected to a speaker ?
No, not even an external subwoofer.
Anyone able to help how to connect this soundbar to my ps4 slim bluray for movies. Thanks
hmm just bought and getting no bass connected via earc hdmi?
turn the bass up
Does anybody know when you press the surround button on the remote it blinks 5 times slow then if you press it again it's 5 times faster which one is on and off?
Ive read fast is on and slow is off, but "on" sounds horrible and hollow
@@joshriley3867 if the fast beat is on then it does sound like shit
Cool vid
i add speakers to Hisense HS214??
Sometimes.
hi is there a digital optical input?
Yes, there is, it even comes with an optical cable
@@fm.3511 bought it. It is amazing
Will this work as speakers for pc
Yes, you can use Bluetooth or Aux. 👍🏻
Just got one
Didn’t show us how to set it up that would have been useful
Hi everyone I got a serious problem which is I put this soundbar infront of my tv and I can not turn off my tv power or switch on, once I move it to like a bit far away, the tv power can be switch on and off. I’m so confused am I the only one has this problem?
you are probably hiding the IR sensor of TV with the sound bar
can you still get tv remote to control the volume if you use a optical cable?
Optical is fixed level on any device so no, you can't
with hdmi cable you can not sure about optical - hdmi arc is perfectly synced and you can control it just like a normal tv. I prefer hdmi arc, most convenient
not sure if you know, but a youtube channel called "Lukas Kunze" stole your video completely.
I do, but thanks for letting me know 🙏
Hello with this soundbar, are the voices clearer than with tv speakers (of a 2020 oled LG tv) in a movie scene where there are a lot of loud background sound effects (music, explosions etc) ?
The voices are pretty clear, especially if the person has a deeper voice. It balances sounds decently for a single and pretty small soundbar, and it has really good bass (especially if you turn it up on the remote)
@@Ja-uu9ep thanks for the reply
Does this support Dolby Atmos?
No
Not at this price, this is just better then the tv speakers
Bought it today for 44 Euro
how is it ? im looking at the same offre and still a bit hesistant. how's the sound for youtube and movies ? and are there any cons to it ?
@@houssemayadi6992 send it back there was something lose inside sound was very good
