Great place, thanks for the tour. Only problem is the kitchen sink which is a bar sized set way back in the corner. Impossible for washing something larger than dinner plates. Occupant needs to be ordering in.
JT010 yes he steals stuff and also give a tour of houses and apt he robbed so he respects the people he’s stolen from something all robber should do honestly
+Matt Dude living in New York is expensive as fuck. And apartment could cost up to hundreds of thousands of dollars and the condos there are four times as expensive as mine for the same amount of space.
Its a jazz loop that comes with Final Cut Studio used on many videos called Midnight Dialog. Its licensed for use by users of the software and youtube suggests posting the licence terms to give proper credit and proof its not stolen.
I made the video for my friend who is the owner of the unit. He rents it out and it occasionally goes on the rental market when tenants move out. I don't know what the current rent is.
Someone else in the comments noticed this but no one seem to acknowledge it. But it actually looks like that small balcony is shared with the unit next-door? That seems like a horrible idea. This tiny balcony in the first place secondly your neighbor can come out and look into your sleeping space.
That style of balcony is called Juliet, as in Romeo and Juliet. Not as useful as a full balcony, the airflow and circulation is better than a window. Great for a romantic song with your lover on the street below.
@@ThrivingFox thanks for the reply but none of those are the issue at hand. It’s a shared balcony with a neighbor that you don’t get to choose. Correct?
@@WulfricTheBlack It is shared. Even my current condo with a full size balcony has a glass partition that can be climbed over. My guess is zoning issues and the narrow sidewalk prevented larger balcony from being cantilevered over the road. A shared Juliet was probably a compromise that fit within rules. If the building was setback to have large balconies then the unit size would be smaller.
@@ThrivingFox ah I see. Thanks again. Don’t give me wrong it’s a beautiful apartment I love everything about it, except the fact the balcony is shared and that door would need to be covered or else your bedrooms privacy would be nil. A glass partition would even be better than nothing in this case. Just my opinion. Lol. Thank you for sharing it though.
This unit goes on the rental market only when someone moves out. A similar unit in the building is for sale now. Cooper Square, 65 Cooper Square, 3B $1,150,000 ($1,681 per ft2) | 1 bed, 1.5 baths | 684 ft2 As seen in the ad on cityrealty.com
is this from the burglars point of view
Hexonmyex those gloves scared me at first lol
HA!
Yo quiero Taco Bell

Really small but I love the whole design of it and it felt really cozy.
Kaltrina Demiri yeah I was thinking the same nice place but really small for a condo.
Why do many new york apts, don't have cabinets in the bathroom for storage.
I’m looking at this video 7 years into the future. It is a really nice apartment. 🤓
Love the Jazzy Soundtrack
Christian Jones same reminds me of the 40s or an Italian mafia crew.
SYT SP_ Troll true that
👍🏼 Color me dancing! 😁
This is everything I love for a place and the views are buzzing! I love the huge window, I love the place!
This space is perfect! If I were moving to NY, I'd take this in a heartbeat.
I LOVE THE CONDO AND THE JAZZ SOUNDTRACK MUSIC
One of the only videos with nice background music, great job bro 👍

NOW THAT'S THE ULTIMATE BACHELOR PAD/CRIB (or how we say nowadays, SPOT)!!! And that soundtrack definitely provides the perfect atmosphere.
Great place, thanks for the tour. Only problem is the kitchen sink which is a bar sized set way back in the corner. Impossible for washing something larger than dinner plates. Occupant needs to be ordering in.
are you a burglar and you are having gloves because you will not leave fingerprints behind?
JT010 yes he steals stuff and also give a tour of houses and apt he robbed so he respects the people he’s stolen from something all robber should do honestly

See something so simple and unique that’s what I really love! Sometimes I think those 88 million dollar homes are too much
dream place
Great music
Oil rubbed bronze is from the dsevil.
Nice music
***** extravagant. Only disadvantage - no washer & dryer inside
So the small balcony is shared with the unit next door? Weak
Wow that's a nice condo!
Very nice, but I’d I have to ask the price, I can’t afford it. Beautiful views.
Wow, thats across the street from where I went to college.
cant wait to live in new york and get a condo or studio home which is like 12 more years
w
It’s nice, but so small.😵💫 That entire first floor could fit in my bedroom! And I live in an apartment too!
Omg..your gloves scared me...lol just like series killer ...
I actually took you being a burglar into thinking but I realized it might be cold outside lol
awesome!!
Nice still very small.. but the asking price is probably 10 million knowing real estate in NYC lol
I like it
It looks like something out of a wolf of Wall Street film.
i thought about Patrick Bateman from American Psycho. His condo was stunningly beautiful though like a million dollar condo in NYC.

What's the rent $
The washing/dryer is missing. This is a nice small apartment though.
I agree in suite laundry is better. With multiple machines you can wash several loads at once.
How much?
How much💲
The current owner rents out the unit and it occasionally goes up for rent when someone moves out. I am not sure what the rental rate is.
Very Nice. ..perfect for me...How much?
This unit is a rental and occasionally gets listed when a tenant moves.

Where do you put the bed?
The loft space over looks the living room has a walk in closet and washroom.
Look. Good.
Does somebody know the name of this song?
Jeffrey Miranda it’s a jazz track that comes with Final Cut Pro. I can’t remember the title.
Thanks, Earl! I'll look it up in Final Cut Pro. Any time you want to come down to Costa Rica, let me know! Happy Holidays!@@ThrivingFox
That will be my closet
the jazz music put me to sleep.
I love it

The whole second floor loft is the bedroom.
Looking like you gonna rob some shit with them damn gloves on lol
How much do these types of condos rent or sell for?
I made the video for my friend who is the owner of the unit. He rents it out and it occasionally goes on the rental market when tenants move out. I don't know what the current rent is.
Sheesh bruh why the gloves are u stealing from the house
Just an address and day to move in are what I need
Real Estate for apartments is frustrating

Hi
If I had $$$, I would buy it for you, sweet reader! Ring a ling, a ling....
What a waste of space having this open space.
The sink in in a bad place.
How may gagillion dollars does it cost. LOL
Very small and cramped!! I guess New Yorker's are used to living this way!! smh!!!!!!
Nice, but I'll take my house over this tiny thing.
Scam thats why you were hiding your face
....
I'm sorry but materialism bores me.... LOL! Miami Vice episode. Truthfully, this condo looks rather boring.
