Beautiful apartment on a peaceful street and only 30 min from mid town......its bright, airy and all the windows have pleasing views! This apartment is most definitely a winner!!!

This would be perfect for a family. Parents take the downstairs bedroom with double closets, kids take the upstairs bedrooms. That landing on the second floor could be a craft room, home office, rec room or whatever.
Excellent apartment. And being from Ohio, the broken down El Camino out front would make me feel right at home 🏠
I like it. It's well designed, lots of natural light, and can fit a family of 4 comfortably. And I love that bonus space right by the top of the stairs. Would make a great home office area.
Gorgeous bathrooms, the best we’ve seen yet, and the kitchen has drawers, phenomenal! Beautiful wood floors too, but even though it’s Brooklyn, I’m not too keen on that street…
Bedstuy has changed a lot over the years it’s not what it used to be very much gentrified to the max and I still live here so I know .
Probably one of the rarest times I'd consider having roommates if I had this place. Definitely taking the bottom room. Closer to the kitchen and I get my own bathroom 😆

first off I’m from Bedstuy Born and raised and still live here. two Bedstuy is so big and beautiful especially when you live on a Residential street and you can find all types of food in this neighborhood. Anyways, I love the condo it’s beautiful and spacious.
This place is Awesome!! That little inlay in the first level floor is a nice touch. Baths & kitchens & that staircase ! So cheap too! Wow!
Love this apartment. I would put a dining table and maybe a couch in the downstairs living room. At the upstairs landing area I would place a couple of TV-chairs and an entertainment center, making it a small tv-room area.

This is a really good deal. I used to live in a 3 bedroom, in a similar area of Brooklyn, for the same price two years ago and it was no where near as nice or as large as this unit
This is BEAUTIFUL! I spent the whole video imagining I was living there with my two best friends from college, even though that will never happen. It's nice to think about.
I love this apartment!! :) Much room and laundry downstairs instead of having to haul it blocks away. And, being just minutes away from Manhattan via the El, very practical, and for the price and having more elbow room in a very highly urbanized packed city. Good showing, Cash! :)

That's a great apartment! Glad that I would be looking out of the building and not at it. Although the bedroom on the main floor is really nice, I would prefer the bigger bedroom on the second floor because of the closet and I love that bathroom. Maybe turn the main area into a dining room and make the other room on the first floor the living room or guest bedroom. Closetless bedroom could be an office. It all depends on how many people live there.

Wow I live in a city that's probably half the cost of NYC on average, real estate wise, and that space would still go for 1.8k-2.5k depending on the neighborhood. To only be a few hundred more in NYC is awesome. I could easily see myself living comfortably in there with 2 roomates.

I see a winner here! The rear area on the second floor could be a home office as suggested and also it would be a great place to have bookshelves for a home library. Sunlight damages books so that shaded place would be great for them but I'd want a comfortable armchair by a window for when I'm reading a book.

I like that apartment I like the upstairs near the bathroom and a two bedrooms because you could always put a chair up there or a couch or even make that a guest bed also you can switch up the bathrooms as to which ones you want to use I really like the second one better but since you have two you can always use them both
I said that the 4 bedroom you showed the other day was my favorite so far. This has definitely changed my mind tho. I’m ready to move.

This place is awesome! Of course, first floor bedroom would be dining room with plenty of room for buffet. Upstairs the landing would be perfect for comfy chair or chaise and side table. The smaller bedroom would be an office/library. I love the floating cabinets in the bathrooms and the dual sinks upstairs, and those kitchen cupboards are pretty cool!
For the price, it'd be a nice 2-bedroom with the living space downstairs for dining and a living room that are separate, plus if there was a home office in the top of the upstairs, roommates could keep to their own spaces during the workday.

Nice, modern and up to date BUT oh those dirty windows. At least they open but don't know how well they would get clean. Love them though floor to ceiling windows. Sweet extra space for whatever you choose it be. Lots of sunlight an A+.

I love love love your videos! I will never live in New York however I watch The Walking commuter and action kid so when I see your apartment tours I know exactly where you are I really enjoy everything about the walking tours as well as the apartment tours. I think you do a good job cracks me up about how you're obsessed with medicine cabinets though. Do they ever make beautiful kitchens in small apartments for a chef or someone who absolutely loves cooking?
Location: Ten to fifteen minutes (I don't have a skateboard) to the el, but closer to a supermarket and other shopping. The neighborhood doesn't look scary. The apartment is maybe three flights up, which is tolerable.
Laundry in the building is handy, and the apartment has air conditioning. The kitchen is quite complete (but no sprayer faucet). The bathrooms look recently renovated. One of the upstairs bedrooms lacks a closet, but otherwise they're all a decent size, as is the living area.
If you're OK with living in Brooklyn with a minor hike to the el, this place seems to be a good deal. Split three ways, at least two of the tenants would be paying less than $1,000/month which is hard to do in Manhattan.

What you need to do it talk about all the pros and cons of each neighborhood of Manhattan, and like price ranges and stuff. And which you think is better, Manhattan or Brooklyn.
Very nice. Doable for 3 ppl that are roommates, the lesser known of the 3 can be downstairs and feel like they're in a full apartment.
I gather from calls I have had revoicing calls for hearing impaired that Bedford Stuyvesant isn’t in a safe part of Brooklyn. Is that true? Like the apartment, love the floors. I know from nothing about NY.
It’s gentrified to the max but still a little bit of crime but not terrible. I feel safe and live here .

Great family apartment. Or, compatible roomies. Would fight the others for the big room. Bed, sofa, coffee bar, small office set up.
I this this a nice spacious apartment and since it has 3 bedrooms three people can split the rent and live comfortably.
Cash love, a walk in closet is a closet you can walk into AFTER you put your clothes in it.

Amazing! I've always wanted to see Brooklyn. And what better way than to MOVE there? I know you have this thing for medicine cabinets, but I need my weekly bath. So I'll take the lower bath and bedroom. Which is also handily closer to the kitchen for my midnight snack. This apartment has great views, but I pity the neighbors that have to look at IT 🤪

i have almost no complaints about this one.
Cash- that is not a walk-in closet lol. That is a nice place with plenty of room and I like the little detail on the floor. The only concern I have is the lack of railing on one side up the upstairs landing.
I wish he was able to highlight the Bronx a little more but I guess these are closer to where he lives.
