Tsuredure children deserves credit just for bothering to include characters who are IN a relationship. As opposed to 70% of other anime focusing on the will they/won't they appeal.
Mysterious Girlfriend X got credited for doing the same thing 5 years ago and yet I specifically remember that show being unsettling and frustrating because of Urabe's habits and unyielding conditional ways of having a relationship. I get that's the point, but that didn't make it pleasant.
*I* had to make a chart. Not often a show will get me involved enough to feel that need, esp since i typically don't like things based on the miscommunication type of drama, which is all this show is, but I fell in love with it anyways. Never finished it due to internet issues. Did any of the characters learn how to speak to each other? :D
I liked Gamers, but can we talk about how bad the ending was? Like, the “last” episode felt really rushed to me, and didn’t actually resolve the conflict between Chiaki and Tendou. The actually last episode felt like an OVA and was so out of place, talking about DLC and stuff.
Ryan_Rapido rushed endings always worry me more than irritate me. Kinda makes it feel like they don't plan on continuing the animation, which is totally possible but would also suck 😞
Tbh I like it better the way it is and find it more realistic because in real life confessing to someone in a relationship is a dick move. Plus if Hoshimori does confess and gets rejected then what at worst were down a waifu and at best the group dynamic is awkward and broken or the writers will just try to act like it never happened which is just as bad. At this point in the show keita and tendou are happy together and to break that up would undo an entire season of buildup and the audience would feel cheated.
probably because that wasn't the actual ending per say, it just never got a season 2 and had it, those things probably would have been resolved, maybe check out the lite novels
How you feel about the last episode is how the writer feels about DLCs. The creators didn't just tell you about their feelings, they instead crafted an experience for you to organically experience those same emotions. Truly the best show I have ever seen. PS: It is time to go and rewatch if you haven't already.
Oh man, both these anime really shocked me. Gamers for subverting expectations and turning into some ridiculous love pentagon story without ever getting angsty, and Tsurezure Children for actually making me feel pangs in my heart despite only focusing on each pair for 4 minutes at a time.
Ah I get you. They're both shit right? I agree. The misunderstandings could be the very reason people get turned off from the anime and the very reason they continue watching it to see them cleared up. That's the main issue with the anime. Geoff, as much as I love Gamers it saddens me that you gave it a review before Netflix's Hi- Score Girl. That show is one of the sweetest, true to heart and gaming soul, viewing of a videogame love story. That one could ever watch, and as the Pope of anime it's your job to give it a review.

Just know that from now on I will check out if you did a review on an anime I will be starring in (in the German dub) in order to get me HYPED and INFORMED about the plot! You, sir - are AMAZING!
When Gamers first came out, I immediately knew this was going to be a successful anime. I'm also happy that you displayed the English dub episodes up to episode 6 instead of the sub for episode 8, leaving some room for people that are watching to not get spoiled. Thank you Geoff.
Only one that was a little bit of a miss was ep 7 because the soldier gag between Tendou and Amano was just a little too cringey. Ep 8 and Ep 6 were by far the best parts and firmly cemented it as one of my favorites this season.
Neil Sonnenberg Man I really loved episode 6 as well. The payoff for the misunderstandings was great and the twists kept it entertaining. Although I gotta ask, what made you love episode 8? Personally I thought it was a tad mediocre and stale. The introduction of the sister, while sweet, seemed a tad forced and too sudden. It also lasted 7 minutes out of the entire episode which seemed like a waste to me. The life game was pretty funny and met with expectations comedy wise, but I couldn't help but feel annoyed with the outcome of it by the end of the episode. Mainly due to the misunderstandings the show had built being boringly shrugged off just to calm things down so the next big twist could get underway, and the joke of Hoshinomori and Amanno being absolutely perfect for eachother becoming too repetitive, that one joke seems to be the only outcome for jokes that occur between Uehara and Hosinomori.
PhazonMercenary Me as well. In particular, the way the misunderstandings were scalating in episode 6 was absolutely hilarious, I couldn't stop laughing
'Tsurezure Children' is stunning, one of my favourite anime actually. As you said, it focuses on aspects of romances that I have not seen in other shows, ever.
they show you these club characters (the fps guy, the fighting games chick and the puzzles guy), they tell you their backstories, they all gather to invite the MC... and he rejects them and they never become relevant again. Since that moment i've fallen in love with that anime, a series that is not afraid of changing direction mid-episode and show the audience their magnificent middle finger. EDIT: 11:02 I SECOND THAT! EDIT N°2: Have you seen the Persona 4 arena cameo in Gamers? It's a shameless product placement trap but i fell into it anyways...
Rexodiak I actually picked this up as my "shit on it for lolz" show of the season, but then it was actually really fucking funny. Currently one of my favorite airing shows.
ikr! i was expecting a low budget "New Game" clone, i only watched 2 episodes of new game but THIS is something else! the way they are constantly baiting you to think something will happen just to fuck your expectations a few scenes later is AMAZING! or maybe i'm just sadistic.
Rexodiak Yeah! I really am loving this anime right now, though the misunderstandings were getting tiresome at some point. I'm glad that is wrapped up. What is your favourite scene so far from this anime? Mine has to be when Amano was unknowingly attempting to push that guy off the railing of a bridge. I NEVER expected a MC so passive to do that! Lol!
Jinsei Cast well... it has to be that scene in the first episode that i mentioned earlier, it's just that by the end of the episode you expect the series to become another club anime and then BANG: no it's not and we just wasted like 10 minutes just to prove a point. See these characters with interesting designs that you already anticipate how they are going to play into the story? off they go, forget you ever saw them. Remember how the show is called 'Gamers'? well the whole gaming thing happens off-screen anyways... The MC is not even good at games! In fact the nerdy girl is only interested in the popular douche! From that very scene on, they always manage to fuck your expectations molded by tons of other animes that follow tropes like a script, yet it still manages to not become a "parody" anime.
Rexodiak I have to agree with you there. That first episode genuinely caught me off-guard and the surprises never stopped there. That scene was definitely the turning point of what I thought would be a generic rom-com club setting. I can't wait for the next episode!
I do liked Gamers anime a lot. That's what made me read the novel. Then I read everything that wen missing or where changed in the adaptation then I couldn't enjoy the anime the same way as before but hell the novel was sure a greater experience that makes up for the loss and more. I loved the scene where Amano narrated Chiaki playing the game while he waited for she to stop playing before he could talk to her. That was a great introduction to Chiaki's character where the scenario presented how they both where so much alike which is a key feature of the plot. Oh, I turned into the guy that tells everyone to read the source material now :^) Sorry Great video.
How DARE you describe Tsuredure Children a RomCom it made me cry so many times- 😭😭😭 (for real tho, thanks for the excellent rec. I adore this show now.)
When this video came out, I didn’t really watch/connect with it. Yet now, as I’m going into a relationship with a girl I really love, I came back to this video and I can relate much better. Even though we both admitted to each other that we like each other, and haven’t really made the decision final, and we haven’t even met yet (thanks covid), I’m still so worried that I’ll mess it up and the relationship will fall apart. We’re meeting up for the first time next week, and I can’t be more excited and worried
Why NOT use the dub? It's been great so far. My real question is, if he's gonna use the dub, why didn't he specify where the dub came from, which is FUNimation?
Raman Hands Fair point, but not everyone knows that Broadcast Dubs are even a thing, so some people looking for the dub might go to Crunchyroll and be confused when they see it's not there. Still, I appreciate him using the dub since it IS a really good dub and more people should check it out.
Gamers had a solid dub tho, maybe it's not in a level of Haruhi or Charlotte (which IMO was two of the best dubs ever), but serviceable for the most of part, can't really say anything about Tsuredure Children, might going to give Tsuredure a shot after I've watched Chuunibiyou Take On Me sub whilst waiting for the dub to come for roughly 4 months
dude toradora is the first anime i ever watched all the way through and its still my favorite of all time. i dont see it mentioned often, so it was really cool to see you bring it up even for a split second
I feel bad for anyone that was hoping for this show to actually be about gaming. I don't think it has taken the spotlight or even been mentioned more than just backhandedly on occasion after the first episode.
Hi score girl is a good rom com that ties video game well into it. The cgi animation can be off putting at first but it works well with what the anime and manga are going for
It has been nearly seven years since this video got me interested in your channel, and I'm still waiting on that Gamers! followup. As for my favorite romcom... It's hard to say since I usually prefer romantic dramas, but if I had to name one, maybe... 100 GFs? Which wouldn't have existed until a few years after this video was made... How tricky.
only character that is the closest as being relatable is the best friend which I personally think it's great. the main character however can fuck right off. never thought an anime would have a character who is under the autism spectrum.
heyou2424 and what about the main girl? am I the only one who thinks it's only purpose is to fulfill the escapism of the otaku audience who watches it? like come on, she almost immediately falls in love for him because is the main character.
SirApricot She fell in love with him out of thin air. Episode 1 she just wanted him to join the club. Episode 2 she was in love. How the hell people can even think this characters are remotely close to "relatable" is above me
SirApricot She develops a crush on him after he doesn't join the Gaming club, and it's because of his dedication to his playstyle that she admires him. This is sorta cemented after she sees him stick up for her and her club on the bridge. Plus, dude, its love. Young crush-type love at that. It's not entirely logical. Just because this has never happened to you doesn't mean it can't happen.
FINALLY. I've been wishing for a good romcom to come my way since I finished School Rumble for like the third time... Gamers! seems to be the one I've been waiting for.
The misunderstandings could be the very reason people get turned off from the anime and the very reason they continue watching it to see them cleared up. That's the main issue with the anime. The characters are fucking idiots at a lot of different times. They don't properly choose their words.
I'm so glad someone made a video about Gamers, because it is genuinely my favorite anime of this season because of it's use of subverting the genre. The first episode was so plain to me until the ending, and it just kept getting better from there.
@@roz067 cause that's the most realistic view of romance between two 'normal' people and not generic my dick is big male protagonist nor I'm a princess let me step on you female mc or any other overly dramatic fuckface of a character
To answer the question you posed at the end, my favorite romcom, and favorite anime of all time in general, is ToraDora! It was the first anime I discovered myself, as opposed to being recommended something or seeing it on something like Toonami. It was the first anime I actively watched as it aired. And it was the first anime to make me cry on multiple instances. So yeah, it holds quite the special place in my heart.
Ok this was a great video and I like about 99% of the romantic anime you mentioned in the beginning but you using the Nozaki-kun Whistle+Tuba music towards the end nearly killed me because I just... love that ridiculous music so much Im excited to check out Tsuredure Children tho
My favorite romance anime was Kare Kano, especially if you go on to finish the story reading the manga. The anime adaption was a bizarre thing for Hideaki Anno to move on to right after Eva, but since he brought Shiro Sagisu along for the ride you know the music is EXCELLENT. The story is great since it resolves the will-they-won't-they in the first couple episodes, then spends two cours really diving into how the relationship works. How to deal with jealousy, time apart, friends getting in the way, future plans, family drama... it's so good!
A love triangle where the MC likes both a guy and a girl but then both the people that he likes have sex in front of him while all his friends are being sacrificed around him and then he goes on a rampage to murder a god on Earth with the help of a few children.
I'm so glad somebody's talking about Gamers!. It's probably my favorite show of the season for all the reasons you mentioned. I really didn't expect to like it so much but the absolutely insane misunderstandings and the pinpoint-accurate portrayal of gamers (especially bad ones like me) have me rolling.
Yesss, serious props for bringing up mah boi Nozaki-kun, the manga's amazing and the anime adapts it perfectly, even though it's tragically short at one season.
I am obsessed with Tsurezure Children! Every time I hear the opening I act like a 13 year old and start squealing. Girl with orangish hair and boy with red hair is best couple, I'm right, you're wrong, fuck you, fight me.
Wow. I would have never thought I wanted to watch these shows, but after this video, I feel like these are the shows I've been waiting for my whole life. Thank you.
That's kind of the point of his character and what makes it good. He has no spine and little confidence because he has always been alone which is also why he is whiny. It's normal for people who are always alone for life with no friends to be that way. Not annoying imo but each to their own
but that's part of the problem. It's trying to appeal to that part of the anime community that are unpopular kids in their school, but instead of trying to say something about it like in Oregairu, it's just using it as a way to create a lazy story
First of all, great video. I'm watching this two years later, but I assume comments still count no matter how much time has passed. Second, I love you, too. Obviously you don't know me and maybe you were a little embarrassed when you said it, but it made me happy. I hope you're doing well in the new year.
I haven't watched Gamers yet, but this video sort of convinced me to try it out? I am watching Tsurezure children and I'm really happy it got the thumbs-up from you! Every pair has their quirks and (like you said), it keeps things fresh. Also it's funny and adorable and you imagine yourself in those situations or remember your own similar situations (again agreeing with you) and that just makes you feel like you want to die of embarrassment and/or happiness with them xD
Okay, if you're gonna use Tsuredure Children's Dub, which IS great btw, why didn't you specify where the Dub came from? *The Dub is not on Crunchyroll, it's on FUNimation*. Other than that little oddity, I agree with pretty much everything said in this video.
I just finished High Score Girl last night, and that was a surprisingly adorable romcom. (I didn't spoil anything by looking it up on MAL and reading the synopsis first, so it was a very pleasant surprise and quite wholesome show.
I watch Gamers just to see Tendou suffer. At first I felt bad for her getting rejected, then it became sadistically amusing seeing how she puts up with it all
1:19 Apparently people who are lulled into a relationship with their sister are less normal than weebs living in their mom's basement (Just realized that that's your channel name, Jesus Christ) trying to make a living by making videos about anime on an unstable video-sharing website. ...Actually, when you say it like that...
Watching Gamers! at 1.5x speed is great for adding to the already frantic pace, making the copious misunderstandings more entertaining than infuriating. Endearing characters, pleasant and expressive animation style, constantly moving plot... Definitely worth a binge if you're feeling some light hearted rom-com nonsense.
@Tyler Greene: A good video, with some interesting critique from "the anime pope". Not a video that spoils something that it took 2 seasons to build up with character development.
I put both of these on my to watch list just a few days ago, strange coincidence that they may actually be really good and they're here in one video, and I just picked them outon a whim based on their titles, art styles, and MAL ratings. Not to handshake my own weenie for too long to be just a handshake or anything. I'll actually watch these really soon then.

"Me, after the explanation about the love 'geometry' on Gamers"
.....say what to whom to why to who?
The fact that you could actually explain the complicated relationship between all of them is a miraculous thing.
No commentary on the best character, the love master?
KATORI SEMPAIIIIIII!!!~~~~
Neko-chan!
The Dude handling with the blonde girl smoker is a fuckin CHAD.
"For the low price of 650-"
DOLLARS?!
"-yen."
Oh. Okay that's more reasonable.
Rexodiak
I actually picked this up as my "shit on it for lolz" show of the season, but then it was actually really fucking funny.
Oh, I turned into the guy that tells everyone to read the source material now :^)
Sorry
Great video.
i stopped watching after they played csgo with *controller*
Smyles Dabeast
That was supposed to be a joke
and when the dude tried to look at the scenery in cs i was like ok fuck this character i'm fucking done
That's what casual people do. And the MC is a casual.
I actually found this anime because it used Guilty Gear and Persona 4 Ultimax Arena soo....
Should have played with a steering wheel right?
How DARE you describe Tsuredure Children a RomCom it made me cry so many times- 😭😭😭 (for real tho, thanks for the excellent rec. I adore this show now.)
You’ve had sex?
Pfffft.... Pics or it didn’t happen.
Now I feel like a real loser. Even this weeb nerd in medical school has time for this kind of relationship
Bruh, update
Aehoooo things are going really well. We’re almost to 5 months, and we love each other dearly. She’s amazing and I’m so happy with her
Good for you :)
In before someone says "WHY DID YOU USE THE DUB!!!"
When you're making a video that could effectively be audio-only, why wouldn't you choose the version in a language your audience can understand?
"Butizwhet" is all the reason I need to prefer the dub of Tsuredure Children, at least.
The cgi animation can be off putting at first but it works well with what the anime and manga are going for
John Jr. and guile is a love mentor
In someway love in this show can just be seen as a very frustrating, very funny bluffing game and the 5 main characters are gamers of this game.
I kept misreading "Tsurezure Children" as "Tsundere Children" several times until I tried Googling for the series and just the former came up.
Chiaki is best waifu
But like, barely over Tendou. I swear it was so hard to choose I just felt bad for both of them
Tendou seems sooo fucking annoying, Tendou and Keita didn't even have any development whatsoever. I like Chiaki and Keita better.
It’s always a girl named Chiaki
It has been nearly seven years since this video got me interested in your channel, and I'm still waiting on that Gamers! followup.
As for my favorite romcom... It's hard to say since I usually prefer romantic dramas, but if I had to name one, maybe... 100 GFs? Which wouldn't have existed until a few years after this video was made... How tricky.
>Gamers
>Believable characters
All right Geoff, you're drunk, go home.
SirApricot the only beliaveable characters are the backgrounds characters
only character that is the closest as being relatable is the best friend which I personally think it's great. the main character however can fuck right off. never thought an anime would have a character who is under the autism spectrum.
heyou2424 and what about the main girl? am I the only one who thinks it's only purpose is to fulfill the escapism of the otaku audience who watches it? like come on, she almost immediately falls in love for him because is the main character.
I thought it was Tsurezure Children....
It's both somehow. Almost everyone calls it Tsurezure though
They just sorted out like all of the misunderstandings in Gamers. That episode came out like 2 hours after this video lol.
FINALLY. I've been wishing for a good romcom to come my way since I finished School Rumble for like the third time... Gamers! seems to be the one I've been waiting for.
I love gamers so much?
Nathan Treichel I love it toooooo
Nathan Treichel do you actually love it?
The misunderstandings could be the very reason people get turned off from the anime and the very reason they continue watching it to see them cleared up. That's the main issue with the anime. The characters are fucking idiots at a lot of different times. They don't properly choose their words.
"I'm going to eat you and spit out your bones?" -My Bride is a Mermaid
Nathan Treichel tendou doesn't end up with him. Ain't that some shit
Seriously, one of the best videos I've seen on RUclips so far. I'm really touched by your words!
Will you ever do a "what's in an OP?" for re creators?
Kyon i
Doode yes! I'm so happy you made a video about these series and recognized there were some good series this season
I'm so glad someone made a video about Gamers, because it is genuinely my favorite anime of this season because of it's use of subverting the genre. The first episode was so plain to me until the ending, and it just kept getting better from there.
Good to find a fellow friend that actually likes or has heard of this show
Brilliant intro description..... legendary...!!!🤣🤣👍👍👍👍
Tsuki Ga Kirei, please watch it. It's on Crunchyroll
I’m 99.99% sure he watched that already
That was fucking boring
@@roz067 cause that's the most realistic view of romance between two 'normal' people and not generic my dick is big male protagonist nor I'm a princess let me step on you female mc or any other overly dramatic fuckface of a character
You just made a video about my two favorite shows this season. I love you right now.
What's the sauce for 1:04? That was...nice..
Love Tyrant
Lachlan Still Thanks. This isn't for me btw so it's not like I'm a pervert or anything.. 😏😏
Hispanic Girls Twerking hey, Love Tyrant was a hilarious show.
Hispanic Girls Twerking you're watching it for educational purposes only
Kawaki I'm always studying 🙂🙂
I only ever get through about half your videos without just going and watching the anime. Thank you.
Space patrol luluco is my favorite Romcom.
I don't watch a lot of romcoms
Actually I'd say Luluco is a decent romcom.
Amidst all the city-stealing-space-pirate madness, that is.
*Oregairu*
nuff' said
I think I can be friends with you in another life
Sign me up too
Ok this was a great video and I like about 99% of the romantic anime you mentioned in the beginning
but you using the Nozaki-kun Whistle+Tuba music towards the end nearly killed me because I just... love that ridiculous music so much
Im excited to check out Tsuredure Children tho
Yes you finally made a video on GAMERS!
Berserk best Romantic comedy
griffith did nothing wrong
he was just being tsundere, and then when he transformed he went yandere, it's pretty romcomish for me.
A love triangle where the MC likes both a guy and a girl but then both the people that he likes have sex in front of him while all his friends are being sacrificed around him and then he goes on a rampage to murder a god on Earth with the help of a few children.
Sound like your typical romcom
TEH AELINS FRUM TEH OTUAR SPAESS would like to have a word with you
I'm so glad somebody's talking about Gamers!. It's probably my favorite show of the season for all the reasons you mentioned. I really didn't expect to like it so much but the absolutely insane misunderstandings and the pinpoint-accurate portrayal of gamers (especially bad ones like me) have me rolling.
On unrelated news, Citrus just got confirmed for January 1. Hyped AF.
Yuri Undertones are a thing of the past. Get ready for the real shit.
Eyy I thought it was already finished l mao I'm glad we're getting more
@@emopeterparker7 Look when the comment was posted
Yesss, serious props for bringing up mah boi Nozaki-kun, the manga's amazing and the anime adapts it perfectly, even though it's tragically short at one season.
"Never turn back like a playful mind of a child, we are changing"
not even mad that this whole vid is essentially a promo of crunchyroll because you've absolutely 100% 10/10 convinced me to watch both of these series
I am obsessed with Tsurezure Children! Every time I hear the opening I act like a 13 year old and start squealing.
Girl with orangish hair and boy with red hair is best couple, I'm right, you're wrong, fuck you, fight me.
LSDWI I love the delinquent and president
Nothing beats Gouda
Seriously though, I was surprised that no one was talking about Tsuredure Children until now, it's great, good video
"He talks to her" That pretty much describes my standards for a girlfriend.
Any video coming up on how Classroom Of The Elite makes great use of cliffhanging episodes in order to keep its audience?
Why on earth are people AND official sources calling it either Tsurezure or Tsuredure? It's Tsuredzure, with both a d and a z sound.
They're just alternate spellings. It's not a big deal.
Damn Tsuredure Children is 5 years old????? I'm just now getting to it! ITS HILARIOUS!
Rem is clearly the best girl
"Starts flame war"
Aaron Lariosa patrasche is the best girl
Nabiki Tendo is best girl.
There's like 3 different anime in this comment section
@@carlitoss417 2. Re:Zero and tendo
Wow. I would have never thought I wanted to watch these shows, but after this video, I feel like these are the shows I've been waiting for my whole life.
Thank you.
I can't stand gamers. The MC is such a winy, spineless, forever-virgin cardboard cutout that I can't stomach the show.
Tendou-san is best girl tho
That's kind of the point of his character and what makes it good.
He has no spine and little confidence because he has always been alone which is also why he is whiny.
It's normal for people who are always alone for life with no friends to be that way.
Not annoying imo but each to their own
but that's part of the problem. It's trying to appeal to that part of the anime community that are unpopular kids in their school, but instead of trying to say something about it like in Oregairu, it's just using it as a way to create a lazy story
That's fair criticism.
But what's wrong with appealing to them?
But Its Good Trash
I always liked Chiaki but honestly the girls in this show are all pretty good
First of all, great video. I'm watching this two years later, but I assume comments still count no matter how much time has passed.
Second, I love you, too. Obviously you don't know me and maybe you were a little embarrassed when you said it, but it made me happy. I hope you're doing well in the new year.
He didn't even mention the Dating Master!!!
I haven't watched Gamers yet, but this video sort of convinced me to try it out? I am watching Tsurezure children and I'm really happy it got the thumbs-up from you! Every pair has their quirks and (like you said), it keeps things fresh. Also it's funny and adorable and you imagine yourself in those situations or remember your own similar situations (again agreeing with you) and that just makes you feel like you want to die of embarrassment and/or happiness with them xD
with gamers take in count that the show is the opposite to tsure, is much more fast paced and crazy
While I do enjoy romcoms, I only do to an extent. My only favorites are My Little Monster and most of all, Spice and Wolf!
Thank you! Finally someone's talking about Tsurezure Children. It's one of the best and most underrated shows this season.
~Welcome to the Ballroom.
Even senpai can't seem to mention that one. =_=
I want Rob Schneider to voice in an anime.
Hey, Samuel L. Jackson did.
You really love the Nozoki-kun background music. It's really good though, so understandable
At first I felt bad for her getting rejected, then it became sadistically amusing seeing how she puts up with it all
I kind of get that feel... are we bad people??
It would be so interesting to hear you talk about Hourou Musuko! I look forward to it whenever/or if ever it is going to happen.
I want your opinion on Death Note. Can't wait
The anime or movie cause if it's the anime he loves it up until L dies
Both of these shows really saved the season for me. There are a few other small shows that I've been enjoying but gamers plot subversion is fantastic.
1:19
Apparently people who are lulled into a relationship with their sister are less normal than weebs living in their mom's basement (Just realized that that's your channel name, Jesus Christ) trying to make a living by making videos about anime on an unstable video-sharing website.
...Actually, when you say it like that...
dragonlily dude has a girlfriend and an apartment.
@Bob Bobbertson Someone is salty as fuck
Watching Gamers! at 1.5x speed is great for adding to the already frantic pace, making the copious misunderstandings more entertaining than infuriating. Endearing characters, pleasant and expressive animation style, constantly moving plot... Definitely worth a binge if you're feeling some light hearted rom-com nonsense.
Definitely both my favorite anime this season.
Tsuredure children has been the one show I've been consistently excited to see every week, it's such a great show
Are their spoilers in the video? After AOT season 2 I don't really trust him not ruining it for us dubbers.
+Madness1 no major spoilers, no.
the hell did you expect?
Thanks for the reply :) Also sorry for the accusations, I don't mean anything bad by them. Keep up the good work.
but he doesn't tell you how
@Tyler Greene: A good video, with some interesting critique from "the anime pope". Not a video that spoils something that it took 2 seasons to build up with character development.
Im realy looking forward to when both these shows are eventually available for home release... especially tsurezure children.
Is this a Jojo refference?
andreimut13 yes
andreimut13 two kinds of people
andreimut13 of course
the world is a jojo reference
Oh. My. God. That was beautiful.
This vid introduced me to one of my new favorite shows. Gamers! Is great. But how dare you say Karen is best girl in a show where Chiaki exists
Pegged both of these shows early as really fun, and I'm glad they've stayed that way
I only watch Tsureziure Children because of the alpha male. Goddamn we should all evolve to his level
Roy’s Our Boy
you take cash
i'm so glad you like gamers cause i legit felt like i was the only one in the community who really enjoyed it and the characters especially
