Ahh I love home renovation, it gets me so jealous and wanting a house of my own! *cries in US housing costs + minimum wage job* This is very exciting for you though, congratulations on the home purchase and process on your studio!
Thank you!! Tbh the prices where we actually wanted to live are double the price of where we live now 😂 But I have no idea how it is in the US! We were very lucky with the price for this house tho, I feel like the neighbour just wanted to be able to sell it, so lucky us!! But I'll have even more money stress now lol, I do still spend so much on my youtube content but besides that and Evert his hobby all our money goes to loans and renovating 🥹 Still very happy tho, it will just tke a long time to renovate this until we have saved enough money over the years
Btw we do get bonusses (don't know the right term) because we are relatively low income and these are very old houses, to renovate, and I also get disability benifits so Belgium might just be a better country 😭
