  • Dear friends
This is the last episode for my Subang Jaya feature. LOL, initially I wanted to feature USJ4, SS19 and SS15 all in one episode. Guessed I was a being ambitious to force everything in one episode, not only that it will bore you to death, the duration of the video would exceed one hour too. Anyway, 3 episodes on Subang Jaya might just be an over kill, therefore I promise you I'll stay away from Subang Jaya for quite a while. Meanwhile please go out and give your support to our local street food, be it in Subang Jaya or otherwise. Thanks and see you in the next.

SS15 Subang Jaya at Kwai Sun Restaurant in this episode featured 2 Special nightly opened food stalls. The tilapia special steamed fish with its special sauce looks delicious and the fried Hokkien mee too is mouth watering!!! Thank you Elmo for sharing this place and it’s true that the Television watches me too especially the 3:00 am matches in the World Cup recently. You said me it very well - age catches up 😊!!!

People dont realise... each time you see the Char Kieh Tiau seller squirting water into the Wok from a plastic bottle... that water is MSG water. I always tell them ' Pls do NOT add any MSG water'. Often times they are surprised I know about this.

Kwai Sun was formerly NTS or New Taman Sea. It was the busiest kopitiam in SS15 for the longest ttime. Also the hokkien mee stall used to be Xin Ching Shan but the stall operator have since moved out to their own shop nearby called Eng Tek. The Kwai Sun kopitiam operator have changed hands a few times over the years.

I tell u a real story, 16 years ago when my daughter was starting out as an account assistant with an income of 2k, she would only spent RM2.50 daily for lunch in a vegan restaurant in SS15 which was sponsored by the Chinese temple. Surprisingly with tis price u can still choose 3 items of veggie which must be attended by the shop assistant. My daughter is a miser, now that shes a finance exec in spore, she still live with a shoestring budget, Happy 2023 Natalie

Seriously, the food served by some of the stalls featured isn't really that good or outstanding. Since your video is suppose to feature SS15, why ignore the many fantastic and/or new restaurants that have cropped up in SS15? You should have featured these restaurants in SS15 e.g. Beef Bowl.
