Speaking of Japanese food vendor in hawker center, there’s one nice Japanese ramen stall in Ara Damansara Uncle Soon coffee shop. Very very delicious and authentic
The spread of food at Ten Tian Fatt coffee shop covers most ( if not all ) desired food delicacies. Even a special Japanese food stall is featured in this episode. Summary of all the food tried is Ichiban, mou tak deng 👍🏽, yatt Lau , sedap and really ten tian fatt ( everyday prosperous - indeed ). Thank you Elmo for making this episode for your fans and also a good comparison of prices of drinks ( coffee ) for your audience to note and consider. Elmo - always put on your best effort in your food haunting episodes 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽.

RM3 for kopi is still over 60% above many other states including Penang. What is the inflation rate in the country? Isn't it true there's an over supply of property in the Klang Valley? Any increase in fuel and utilities? Boycotting isn't a value of most Malaysian. I am an exception.
@@malaysiafood328 was here few months ago, can't remember the hot drink I ordered, but I did told myself then...never ever order any hot drinks there...just don't order drinks 👽😳
In Subang area, New Apollo coffeeshop is the worst when it comes to prices of beverages. The owner only thinks about making quick profits. I totally agree that once prices have gone up, they will never go down again.
Although I feel for the stall owners about rent increases but I don’t agree your comment about some restaurants proprietors who own the shop and hence should refrain from increasing rent. Don’t forget the shop is also their investment. Imagine if they rent the shop out, wouldn’t they increase rent to gain returns too? Would you buy a shop and not expect rent returns?
Moreover, who to say the property could be owned by the owners company and not his/her name which in this case your company should expect a rental return! Also, everyone wants cheap and quality food. With this mindset, how can you attract the new generations to continue this restaurant or stalls businesses. Ethic is the issue here. Money makes money, labour should at the same time make money. Those who want to eat should spend the money. Then the world could be a better place.
Thai people use MSG way more than Malaysians. Malaysians use far less in comparison. I know cos I was there for a long time before coming back to Malaysia. Malaysian food is still way better than Thai Food overall.
日本炒,
Ohh,what's the suprise 🎉
虽然,我也去过日本餐厅吃过炒饭(感觉就像是加了酱汁的热拌饭), 鳗鱼饭,铁板烧.
但是,
在美食中心出现了日本炒,
那真是这个视频的亮点了.❤❤

Subang Perdana? Never been there before but will try.
Travel by LRT to taipan station and you will be there
这里的茶室价格普通。因為大多都是打工人的食堂。十分怀念。

We stopped going there for many months now. Don't miss a thing!
Right after MCO, all coffee shops, seemed to be in a race to see who can increase higher prices at a faster/frequent rate!!!... really unbelievable!!!
You can say that again

When u own the property, paying rent is the least of ur problems therefore u can afford not to increase price
@@malaysiafood328 why invest in a property if you are not getting market equivalent rental return?
