    So, you meditate sinking the qi to the dan tien filling it with that type of qi and then to extract it from lower dan tien how do you do? Exhale and rotate dan tien to rise the energy from the spine and presurize it like a tooth past and then fill the body?? This is done in daito ryu, is it the same in internal kung fu?

      I have no idea how it’s done in Daito Ryu I would need to feel and experience it, in most of the real chinese internal arts the Qi is sunken to the Dan Tien mobilised and send out in a specific Jin

    Thanks for the information sifu sergio. I've read about the japanese martial arts and chinese martial arts and I've seen some methods, I don't know which one is the best but I've seen some differences between the aiki "method" and the chinese internal systems. Btw, I follow the instructions of sifu Mark Rasmus. Good day sir.

    Isn't this related note to fascia and biotensigrity rather than a force called chi? In practical terms, how useful can this be for combat? Thanks Sifu!

    so this looks like some kind of advanced fajin!? whats more easily learned/practical: fajin or sticky hands? I'd like to learn from you but not sure which course is best for me? I have done a LOT of internal kung fu and qigong and some tai chi... but never really developed martial chi. bedankt!

    Let me ask you a question Sifu I do wing chun but I having been doing qigong for 27 years. I can emit qi with my hands and eyes. I have people move from me emitting qi and healed a lot if people. How long will it take a Qigong Master like me to excel in your system?

    • @SifuSergioChannel
      @SifuSergioChannel  7 месяцев назад +3

      I have no idea it depends on many factors, but if it’s true what you are saying then you will of course have a bit of a head start to a beginner

    Sifu Sergio - what you teach in comparison to the Wing Chun I learn is different. Ours is more external or hard if you like. Is one better than the other? You obviously prefer the internal martial arts. My question is serious although fictitious could the best external fighter overcome the best internal fighter. Or could the best internal fighter overcome or neutralise the best external fighter. I’m asking because of your online courses. Thanks

      @SifuSergioChannel  7 месяцев назад +2

      Internal way has many advantages in my personal opinion for one you get beter when your aging instead of deteriorating. I obviously believe the Internal way to be superior to the pure external way but it all comes down in the end to the person applying it.

    • @QuentinKLEau
      @QuentinKLEau 7 месяцев назад +2

      If your aim is fighting, then external is more time efficient in the short run. The advantage of external is you don't need need to think too much, it's like high school examination, you can get a high mark just by cramming without really understanding. With internal, you can aim for the PhD...but is PhD very useful in real life? All depends on what you are looking for.
