"No one action has ultimate advantage.
The *quality* of your movement has the ultimate advantage."
I feel this should be included in the introduction to *any* martial arts course. XD
It's basic across any martial art
Brilliant☯️
Wow, those skills are unreal!
Mizner just loves his own voice. He should come to regents park and practice free push hands with us.
I'd like to come to regents park and practice free push hands with you.
How do I book in??
I mean this in a friendly way.
I need partners to train with.
Tell me you don't know how to grapple without telling me you don't know how to grapple 😂
Did you think he was grappling?
It’s not grappling. If you think this is grappling, then you don’t know how to grapple 😂
If you are not using tension and external force, where is the energy coming from? Is it to do with circles and spirals
The jumping guy at 04:10 is always the same....
Oh cmoooon brooo 🤣
Sow maney hands he has played with ultimate chi power 😅ion soldier àdam ☯️🙏😁
In a real life situation, calmly tell the instigating bully to cooperate in slow motion before the fight
Same old same old, "push as hard as you can" - except when we are on the ground, obviously lol
palhaçada
Oh. My. God. Lets see that in a roll with a month long bjj student, someone whose trained say three times a week. Actually against ANYONE who isn't already mind fucked by this BS.
These guys are all the same...always with the academic stuff about CHi and or showing things standing straight up in non-realistic static situations or through drills that dont have body mass involved. Perhaps show this on someone that boxes ? I would like to see it in real fighting and a realistic situation . So the question here is what is he trying to say? this is used for some reason in self defence ? if so lets see it for real..he seems like a nice man in spirit but this has nothing to do with martial arts he just seems like a nice man. Not picking on him per say but rather the hoky things he has been taught and now he is passing on giving people falsehoods on fighting skills. But not sure what this has to do with self defence...if so it would be nice to see these guys prove it in real action taking on a punch that has body mass that is going right through the defender..not just a light slow mime like arm movement stopping in front of the person at about 0.0 speed and power. The latter seems to be the platform on which most of the magical masters seem to teach their hoky theories. I wish this nonsense would stop in martial arts.
I demo Tai Chi regularly on Boxers at the White Rose boxing club on a saturday morning, they all know that Tai Chi works.
@@richmorley2674LOL your too funny
@@JimCunningham-jr7qv Thanks, I am but not in this case. I was invited to the gym by the coaches to help improve balance, power generation etc of talented amateur boxers. In my experience over the 12 months, good boxing does not stand up to good Tai Chi.
@@richmorley2674LOL Dreamer ..how do you explain this then ? ruclips.net/video/1Xd2MUJSil4/видео.html

Garbage
Literally zero understanding of ground fighting/grappling
