I love the executor of the deceased person's trust angle. The judge should ask for a copy of the deceased's will and an original death certificate and then promise to dismiss all the charges. But if it turns out the decadent has not yet expired, then the decedent will have a warrant issued for their arrest.

@@VictheChick No, he will definitely pass. We've seen it dozens of times already. There was even a study done on non-SovCits vs. SovCits who were sent for psych evals, and SovCits were far more likely to pass.
The bar for competence is extremely low, to the point that it's common for people that any layperson would say was incompetent to be declared competent. You basically have to be in active psychosis to be ruled incompetent.
Meanwhile, SovCits aren't insane, as a general rule. They choose to believe things that run counter to reality. It looks insane to us, but it's an active choice made with a sound mind. They're sane, and he'll pass.
A delay won't help his case, but it will increase the time and money the courts spend dealing with him.
It can also prevent the case from being overturned post sentencing. He can’t come back later to claim that his rights weren’t protected because he was incompetent to represent himself. Judge is setting up the necessary dominos.

The basic Sovereign Citizen argument is about the British law where an oil rig was declared it's own country so a lawsuit against them for shooting at a boat failed since it was outside of the Sovereign British waters at the time and the persons involved were declared citizens of a different nation where the crime occurred. Since then the area of British waters has expanded to cover that area so it is moot even where it could have applied. That is why they keep bringing up admiralty court as if it matters at all to something that happened on land, and makes it Very clear the person didn't even attempt to look up what they were saying, or if any of that applied to them.
