Day 1 is this routine and one you can come back to again and again - a lovely flowing foundations practice. You'll warm up with roll downs and lots of lovely mobility before working your pilates foundations with abdominal, glute, side, upper body and back work. We will end with a calming stretch.

I've been a member of Lottie Murphy's Online Pilates studio since it's birth three years ago and it has transformed my well being both mentally and physically.I've followed various yoga and pilates teachers on RUclips for a decade but to be part of this community has added a whole depth to my daily exercise, progressing with confidence and pushing myself further than I ever thought possible as I advance towards my 60's and this is greatly due to the well devised monthly programmes available in the online studio and the easy & trustworthy teaching provided by Lottie & her team .Above all it is FUN and that's half the battle, actually looking forward to jumping on your mat and feeling fabulous afterwards ❤
