Hey brother just so you know, your loot can be grabbed through the sides of the tent when you place them that close to the edge. They can even open and close the lockers

Have you tried closing the windows to see if you can decompress and how do you know the windows or not actually opened and don’t have any glass in them

You can also put your rifle on your suit in the gun slot. It doesn’t go on your back but it can go on your suit

That part is scripted, you can't go there without admin.
