This is a criminally underrated fencing channel. Maybe if you could in the future give us man clips of the same type of action and show how the same action can be done differently?
Also quite risky since youre going moving foward with no protection. If the first parry isn't a large one for example a small quarte then youre jumping into the opponents blade with you hand down.
Yeah, any sort of broken time action feels like balancing on a razor. You either be a hero and score, or feel bad and walk right into their tip. I think the action is important tool but it needs the right opponent, and you will want to prime it by pulling lots of bladework out of your opponent before you go for a finish.
That what I thought - He could get hit in the arm on the first lunge with basic parry-ripost. Or simply run into a hit. I for instance still a beginner fencer, but since I fence french on pommel - often fencers that lunging at me - usually run into my hit into their arm before theirs can reach me.

Thanks, I'd like to think its underrated because its new rather then some conspiracy plot, but who knows. Time will tell.

Priinuts could easily hit him in the arm instead of parrying 6 or 8, before Pitra would of started second lunge.
