Some fencers make so many modifications to french grips, it feels like it gets to a point that might as well get a pistol grip...

How do you bend the end of your epee, so you get this kind of French grip?🤔

It's probably easier to drill and thread a slanted hole in the pommel

Assemble it and then bend it. I think Milanoli used to do a similar thing with his Schermasport grips. Big dogleg in the tang.

Bend the tang before installing the pommel, bending the tang with pommel on risk breaking it inside the pommel and losing a blade and the pommel
