- This is the Chelmsford Town Hall in Chelmsford, Massachusetts. One official completely snaps under the pressure and tries to trespass us. This revisit was prompted by a recent newspaper interview another official did based on our prior visit!

That treasurer seems to have all the prerequisites to be a Senator, or Congressman in that he was unable to answer a simple question and was incapable of taking ownership of his actions. A typical government worker.

Your conversation with the Treasurer was illuminating. His remarks unwittingly demonstrated habitual sloppiness, deception and excuse-making in his office. Though he owned it only under duress, the confession and apology were good for his soul. Then, there was the Town Manager, who should be ashamed of his cowardly self for sending James back, all alone, to deal with you. James was out of his depth.
That "boy" makes over 77-grand a year working there!?

Treasurer can't answer a yes or no question and the best he comes up with is, "We WOULD like to think we do our very best...!" He repeats this statement 4 times and still avoids the question, for no reason, because it's the public and we don't give a f*ck and we don't CARE! Dont we get it yet?
No. The masses do not get it. Nor will they until either the country collapses, we live in a dictatorship, or both. The avg American REFUSES to hold their govt accountable if it requires any more effort than hitting a like button.

They Can't Legally Trespass Anybody From A Public Building, When That Person is A Working in The Open to The Public Areas, as A Journalist ! Without there First being A Specific Criminal Act !
In addition for example if it's marked authorized access only and say their family member comes up for lunch and they let a family member come past that door at that point it is now public forum and they cannot discriminate who goes past that authorized point from then on

James' boss landed him in a ton of s hit by not addressing a problem within the town hall and failing to instruct wee Jamie on exactly what his role is in that office, the fake signs Employee's only on a door of an office which was previously open to the public since the office has a counter. Town Hall need to return the peoples office to it's pre-covid status, these people got so used to working from home where they had total privacy to the office where they continue to put up barriers.
This Treasurer during his litany of excuses just said in essence “We make the mistake of leaving private information out in the open, but people don’t usually come back here so we very rarely get caught making this mistake”….. so please sir… please tell us more about how you go “above and beyond to serve the public every day”? I would love to hear about all the other negligence that goes on here every day that normally doesn’t get exposed

Why is there a literal kid running the town manager’s office?? Did you find out how old he is? And what if it’s a town employee’s kid just working there and not on payroll, then what? Just a thought I had. But that building has a lot of children working there. The treasurer, the VA woman and an actual child running the counter upstairs. The clerk was the only mature and professional employee there. My goodness that place is a mess. And they had plenty of time to change their attitudes from last time but learned nothing.

The treasurer was probably saying over and over again in his head... Plausible deniability... Just keep thinking plausible deniability and we'll get through this... Seemingly being unaware that Josh is like a dog with a bone... The treasurer used the old and trusted... "I'm not going to get into hypothetical scenarios with you"... Every avenue he tried running down to avoid the truth of the matter... Only made him look more and more ridiculous... Simply own up to your mistakes... Apologize... And state that it will never happen again... Your idea Josh... Of having a shoe box with a little slit in the lid... Where checks can be placed safely without the risk of giving out someone's personal financial information... It's that easy guys.
Im glad the treasurer admitted his mistake. I believe he won't do it again and this has given me absolute hope and trust in our government.

She deserves a pay raise & she should also be paid to host a training seminar for the towns employees on how to act & treat the public.. if only James had acted appropriately & professionally, he could have saved that town a lot of time & money.
