Wow, I've never seen ships do that before. I was amazed to see Pelican go broadside on, and then bows into the current like that, but very effective. It wasn't until she got inside I was sure she has a prop too. And the Arklow followed suit!! It using the pier to turn into port a regular occurrence? Not seen that before either. To be fair, until now my ship watching has only been at Duluth on Lake Superior. Yours is the first regular home channel I have found. Being local I respect the tide running but I must say fair does what a intertide turn text book RYA stuff using the tide to your advantage brilliant video and seamanship send the vid to RYA for them to use for training Malc uk 🇬🇧
