Yes, it was $150K including plans, permits, construction, and all finishes. Maybe just the stove and microwave were extra. He also got a separate electric meter, separate address, and separate gas meter. All included in price.

I know the GC on this ADU and he doesn’t want online referrals. He just told me last week that he has a long backlog of construction projects just from referrals from his current customer base. That’s also why his projects are taking 9 months in just the construction phase.
That is a great price ! And will rent out for way more than 1% per month of cost, a great return if decide to do that, Congrats !
