Thank you so much, I faced an issue after installation suggesting an error that brew was not found , this could happen because the correct path might not be set , this command will help ( export PATH=/opt/homebrew/bin:$PATH )
Hi Aayush, I’m glad you found this helpful. Thanks for sharing the error and solution; I’m sure those will help others facing the same problem.
Yes, not having the program on the $PATH could lead to installation issues. I would also recommend adding that command in .bashrc file instead of using it in the terminal so that the change is permanent.
@@ProfSadat can you give the step for that please. I'm facing the same issue

fatal: not in a git directory
Error: Command failed with exit 128: git:
I am facing this error after running $ brew install mongodb-community@6.0 , does anyone else face the same issue ?
Thanks bhai !!!
:)
it works!
The legacy mongo shell is no longer included in server packages as of MongoDB 6.0. mongo has been superseded by the new MongoDB Shell ( mongosh ) .
Yeah, you’re right. The change is more noticeable for Windows users as you need to install the shell separately, unlike previous MongoDB versions.
thank you!!!!!!
the video is very much helpful..
Thank you!
idolo crack te quiero mucho

After entering brew command not giving any password option
Thanks for it:)
Glad it helped.
@@ProfSadat SHould we make mongodb to always run in background that was written there in the terminal?
@@harshdasila6680 No, always running is not required. If you want to stop the service, please use the following command:
brew services stop mongodb/brew/mongodb-community
(you will have to restart the service when you plan to use Mongo again)
Sir I am getting error while running brew tap mongodb/brew command. It shows command not found.
Do you have brew on your mac? If not you have to install brew first.
thanks a lot
Happy to help
My brings
Mongo network Error: Econnrrefused ..
I have error it sey's when i finish everything just i have to run this error "bash: mongod: command not found"
Try “mongosh”
Error: No formulae or casks found for mongodb-macos-x86_64-4.4.19-rc0.
what should i do with this error?
After which command did you receive this error?
is it necessary to install mongoDB shell sir?
No, it’s not “necessary” to install the shell as you can write commands within the graphical user interface.
However, some people prefer to use the shell (or more familiar with it). In addition, some specific tasks such as using PyMongo (Python code for MongoDB), using shell scripts to execute multiple commands, etc. could be easier to do with the shell.
In short, you don’t need the shell as a beginner, but maybe as you get more experienced, you’ll find it useful.
@@ProfSadat thanks you ❤️❤️
i got this error: Error: mongodb-community: Failed to download resource "brotli_bottle_manifest"
After which command?
i solved the issue it was my internet connection. It was not stable. @@ProfSadat
Mine is showing. Command not found
At which step?
I have no idea which password do I type in brew
Probably your Mac login password
zsh: mongosh: command not found
mongosh is not on your PATH that’s why the shell cannot find it. I recommend reinstalling mongo (easy solution) or modifying the PATH (could be difficult for new Unix users)
Thanks a lot means a lot sir this video helped me ❤
