VACATION 2022 l DAY 12 l Norwegian Breakaway Cruise Costa Maya, CHACCHOBEN MAYAN RUINS & BLUE LAGOON

Vacation 2022 Day 12! We have our second port stop on our Norwegian Breakaway cruise, Costa Maya, Mexico. Our second day ever in Mexico! We have a crazy early morning meeting time but we opt for the CHACCHOBEN MAYAN RUINS & ALL INCLUSIVE BLUE LAGOON excursion. We get to go straight to Chacchoben and see the Mayan Ruins on Winter Solstice. We had to pay a fee to take photos and videos but it was less than $10 USD. The Chacchoben Ruins were amazing! We even got to see small monkeys in the jungle around us! The tour then took us to the Blue Lagoon which was a lakefront beach with drinks and a buffet lunch included. There were plenty of lounge chairs, kayaks and activities. We then made our way back to the ship where the port was crazy with 4 cruise ships docked. We end out our day with dinner at Taste, one of the complimentay dining locations.
