WHY Was This Excursion so BAD? | Bacalar River Tubing | Costa Maya | 2023

- On this excursion your favorite travel couple "floated" down the gentle rivers of the beautiful Bacalar Lagoon, also known as the Lagoon of Seven Colors, on what was supposed to be a relaxing and fun river tubing excursion.
The adventure begins with a LONG scenic drive to the lagoon, where you will be greeted by your experienced guides. After a brief safety briefing, you will be fitted with a life jacket and inner tube, and then you'll be ready to hit the water!
As you float down the river, you will be able to admire the stunning scenery of the lagoon and its surrounding jungle. The water is crystal clear, so you can easily see the colorful fish and other marine life swimming below.
After 20 minutes of tubing, you will arrive at a boat house cabana where you can relax and enjoy a delicious lunch. After lunch, you will have some time to swim, sunbathe, or simply enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the beach.
At the end of the day, you will be transported back to your hotel.

That is a beautiful river but I understand your frustration. We usually just go to the Krazy Lobster or if we're feeling bougie Maya Chan Beach. Thanks for posting!
