I grew up without a grandfather because he was robbed, shot, and killed while at work. (My other grandfather was never around) I don't have any doubts about the 2nd Amendment and owning my firearms or "Bump Stocks" for that matter. One thing we can all agree upon in regard to Tim..is he has Integrity and stands by it quite well. The content of his character hasn't changed, as his channel grew and became more popular. As well as, he's transparent about the firearms he reveals on his channel. The aforementioned cannot be said about other firearms channels. For the record, I've given Tim grief about his Element Testing. And not once has he threaten to block me. I was never rude but he allowed me to voice my decent in the comments. Other channels probably would've blocked me. The MAC channel is my favorite channel. My work schedule is crazy with very long hours. So, when I go back to my office to dictate patients charts (around 3pm). I take some time to eat something and enjoy a MAC video.

They have fallen behind on the people who made the NRA what it was to have you sent your yearly dues and anything extra because our lobbyist have to stay in a 3 star hotel and not a 5 star. The NRA stepped in it in 1986 when they told Reagan to sign the FOPA with the Hughes Amendment, promising him that they would fight it in court later. The problem is, they never filed a single suit and never lifted a finger to fight it. Now, Fudd's like Marion Hammer of the NRA are out there saying "the NRA never wanted you to have machine guns" and said she was "shocked beyond belief when the ATF said bump stocks were legal." Then the whole Heller case where the NRA actively fought against it being heard in the SCOTUS. They spent untold fortunes on their lawyers trying to keep the case out of the SCOTUS and when they learned it was going to be heard, they jump in at the 11th hour and claimed victory when other groups like GOA and SAF did all the heavy lifting. I wanted to believe the new leadership would bring about a new day in the NRA last May. That's why I jumped in. I gave them a chance, to the point I did something I swore for decades I would never do -- become a life member. Things went great right up until Vegas, then the NRA reverted right back to its old "let's support a ban" BS. I immediately pulled all support. Now I'm looking to the GOA because they're smaller but far more vocal, plus their agenda aligns with mine and has for years -- "NO COMPROMISE". I'm hoping that I can persuade others in the GunTube social sphere to back them and possibly grow their numbers to rival the NRA. We need lobbyists in Washington, that's the unfortunate dirty underside to our system of government. Since the NRA can't be trusted to hold the line, we'll have to build up a group like GOA to take their place.

Second off, there's a difference between Classic Liberalism (what our Founding Fathers practiced, and which is upheld by the Libertarian party of today) and the so-called "liberals" of the left and the Democratic party. I grew up without a grandfather because he was robbed, shot, and killed while at work. I wouldn't feel any different if I worked in the industry as he does. I see it no different if I was worked in an automobile factory, when comes to people dieing in automobile accidents. One thing we can all agree upon in regard to Tim..is he has Integrity and stands by it quite well. The content of his character hasn't changed, as his channel grew and became more popular. As well as, he's transparent about the firearms he reveals on his channel. The aforementioned cannot be said about other firearms channels. For the record, I've given Tim grief about his Element Testing. And not once has he threaten to block me. I was never rude but he allowed me to voice my decent in the comments. Other channels probably would've blocked me. The MAC channel is my favorite channel. My work schedule is crazy with very long hours. So, when I go back to my office to dictate patients charts (around 3pm). I take some time to eat something and enjoy a MAC video.
Until this blow up, I've never even heard of the Yankee Marshall. Way to alienate people.
As a former solider and retired police officer of 20 years. The NRA has only been out for the NRA since about 83. They have fallen behind on the people who made the NRA what it was to have you sent your yearly dues and anything extra because our lobbyist have to stay in a 3 star hotel and not a 5 star. They have worried more on there paychecks than your our rights. If you don’t believe that look at how much they make compared to the rights that they have fought for. It’s like 2.5 million dollars to uphold the rights we already have. That’s crazy Why am I paying you to keep the same rights and not fight for new ones. The NRA stepped in it in 1986 when they told Reagan to sign the FOPA with the Hughes Amendment, promising him that they would fight it in court later. The problem is, they never filed a single suit and never lifted a finger to fight it. Now, Fudd's like Marion Hammer of the NRA are out there saying "the NRA never wanted you to have machine guns" and said she was "shocked beyond belief when the ATF said bump stocks were legal."
Then the whole Heller case where the NRA actively fought against it being heard in the SCOTUS. They spent untold fortunes on their lawyers trying to keep the case out of the SCOTUS and when they learned it was going to be heard, they jump in at the 11th hour and claimed victory when other groups like GOA and SAF did all the heavy lifting.
I wanted to believe the new leadership would bring about a new day in the NRA last May. That's why I jumped in. I gave them a chance, to the point I did something I swore for decades I would never do -- become a life member. Things went great right up until Vegas, then the NRA reverted right back to its old "let's support a ban" BS. I immediately pulled all support.
Now I'm looking to the GOA because they're smaller but far more vocal, plus their agenda aligns with mine and has for years -- "NO COMPROMISE". I'm hoping that I can persuade others in the GunTube social sphere to back them and possibly grow their numbers to rival the NRA. We need lobbyists in Washington, that's the unfortunate dirty underside to our system of government. Since the NRA can't be trusted to hold the line, we'll have to build up a group like GOA to take their place.

I'm a veteran, though not a combat veteran. I did 8 years in the U.S. Marine Corps (1977-1985) I am currently an NRA member, and have not decided whether to renew my membership or not. I am CONSTANTLY getting mail from them asking for donations, which I ignore. But you sure opened up a can of worms here, and infighting among members of the gun rights community is not a good thing. I understand the differing opinions, but if we don't stick together, we can say goodbye to the Second Amendment.

First off, "liberals" aren't a party. Second off, there's a difference between Classic Liberalism (what our Founding Fathers practiced, and which is upheld by the Libertarian party of today) and the so-called "liberals" of the left and the Democratic party. Those "liberals" are the actual antithesis of liberalism, as they are against civil rights in most all scenarios.
Third off, there is no party today that supports the Second Amendment as strongly as the Libertarian party. Ron Paul wanted to repeal every gun control measure on the books, but he got outvoted by Republicans and Democrats.
Fourth off, if you want to protect the Second Amendment, renounce the two major parties and become a liberal. You know, the real liberal and not the pansy type that calls themselves liberal.

You know I've never really watched your channel because of the type of attitude and general feel your videos have. Maybe if you would talk a little more intelligibly about a subject without saying "F this and F them" you would gain more traction with the points you are trying to make.
